misleading advertising with sam registration with the federal government. they have the exact logo and I misled because you don't have to payits free
I thought I was signing up with SAM and SAM is free but this company is charging a fee; they *** not give my money back. today is the day that I signed up and paid $599.00. they *** not give my money back until 90 days when I just purchased it today. I did this online. please help. I have a bad heart and it's killing me.
I want my refund today since I need my money back on my credit card. this was fraudulent and misleading to the public. they need to rename their company.

We must vehemently disagree with Ms. claims in her complaint. Our logo incorporates the colors of the American flag, the shape of the 48 continental United States, and our company name. We also make clear in every client communication be it via e-mail or on the phone that we a third-party government registration firm. Ms. did not speak with anyone at US Federal Contractor Registration when she placed her order, or when she cancelled a few minutes later. She ordered our services online, gave us her credit card number, and agreed to paying $599 so that we could complete her SAM Registration. She submitted a cancellation request a few minutes later, before the order was processed. Even if Ms. had waited a few days before cancelled, we do not charge customers who order our services online for a period of seven days. By waiting this long, we have an opportunity to speak with the business owner over the phone and confirm that the order is a valid order and not placed by accident. After receiving Ms. email requesting to cancel her contract, she received an automated response letting her know that she hadn't been charged. I also followed up by phone to let her know she wasn't charged. Ms., after filing this complaint with the Revdex.com, told me via email that she hadn't actually been charged, despite claiming, in this complaint, that she had been charged. Ms. complaint is patently untrue and borders on libel, as what she is claiming (that we charged her and refused to give her back her money) is untrue. We do not believe this complaint represents a valid take on how we do business. She placed her order at 10:37am, cancelled her order at 11:56 am, and received a response at 1:31pm letting her know that she wasn't charged. I've attached her email to me confirming that she wasn't charged as well as the automated e-mails she received when she placed her order and subsequently cancelled her order.

Ms Christie did what she is supposed to do to the customer. Prompt e-mail responses. Quick attempts to solve the issues. Although difficult to catch her on phone, we later on realized that it is not necessary as she did what she is supposed to do promptly and quickly. Thanks to her help.
