I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  They mention that my request was made over one year ago.  The information I was provided when in the process of trying to cancel this subscription is that the request to [redacted] was submitted June 9th and the first issue was sent July 4th.  If my request was submitted over a year ago, why such a long delay. Regardless, I am satisfied with the subscription being cancelled.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
