gets no further promotional magazines. She of course will not be billed or charged for these magazines.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

This was soley a "FREE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION." We do not have any of Mrs. [redacted]'s credit card information on file.

 

 

We will cancel these magazines immediately and take Mrs. [redacted] off our promotional list.
