I am rejecting this response because: the provided response is not accurate Like I stated before, I wasn't aware of signing up for a subscription, so there was not a reason for me to check for invoices Even if I did check, the invoices are not there I have a screen grab from the Payments History page during my discussion yesterday with the company, before any of the refunds were issued It shows no charges since the original charges back in July I just grabbed the same screen today and it shows the same thing, no invoices since July I attached the screen grab for your review At the end of it all, I appreciate the months of refund and consider this to be satisfactory

I am rejecting this response because: I am satisfied with the refund for the months of subscription that I was charged for and did not requestI did receive the refund paperwork via email but no where in any of the letters does it state they have cancelled my subscription for whatever I was signed up for and destroyed my personal information I would like a notice of cancellation in addition to a letter stating they have destroyed my personal information When I called back the other day to advise I had not received this, they hung up on me When this is received I will be satisfied Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Hi, ***! I have canceled the recurring subscription so you will not receive any charges going forwardI have also issued a refund for the most recent payments of $19.95, please allow 3-business days for the credit to appear back on your card. The previous charges are not
eligible for a refund as they fall outside of our refund window. When a report is purchased, you are offered a monthly subscription promotion that you can Accept or choose to Proceed with Basic Report. When you select Accept (there are some terms and conditions you had to read through before agreeing that explained this) you agree to be billed for an unlimited plan we offer at $per monthIf you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the original report without any further charges. We do not bill based on usage, much like any other monthly subscription such as Netflix or a gymThe service is rendered regardless of whether or not you turn on your tv or computer. I understand this is frustrating but it is the cardholders responsibility to regularly check their statementsIf discrepancies are found they are expected to get in contact with the company or financial institution for assistance immediately. I am rejecting this response because: under the first box is submit which you think is for the base report its not you have to read the other box next to it that starts out you want to upgrade to full report for another this box is tied to the first box thinking you are submitting to the base report if you dont read the whole second which you ignore after the first few lines is about upgrading you just ignore the rest of it while this is what this company wants you to do get rid of the second side by side box put it on another page after you choose the first option with submit button then let it take you to another page to upgrade One choice at a time
