If you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the original report without any further charges. We do not bill based on usage, much like any other monthly subscription such as Netflix or a gym. The service is rendered regardless of whether or not you turn on your tv or computer. I understand this is frustrating but it is the cardholders responsibility to regularly check their statements. I am rejecting this response because: you still do not address the misleading boxes side by side ,   My initial purchase which you lead people in believeing they are getting the items you list with 1.25  dollar purchase, you do not realize you are getting the partial report until after the purchase in which time the next two boxes appear side by side one saying the partial report for 1.25 with a submit button to get just the partial.  Thats fine except the submit button is tied to the little hidden sales gimick in the second box it goes on and on about upgrading if you dont read all the second box which imediately talks about 19.99 upgrade  you automatically are thinking no way buy way down at the bottom of the second box it has been choosen auto for the upgrade you have to check no ,  the second box is purposely put beside the first box knowing most will not read the whole sales pitch for the upgrade the company knows this thats why the decline is at the bottom of second page , you see the first box and submit button and choose but like I said that submit is tied to a second box sales scam   I ask the Revdex.com to have a few of your people to go to the web site search a property you will be led to believe you are getting all this in report then find you have to py then find the gett all the info from the first page after you buy that to all you really want now will cost another 19.99. Then find out in the misleading second box your buying not just the full report but hidden in a few word your getting a monthly membership.  Go to the web site and investigate my claim you will see it is set up to easily misleading you

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Their information was still incorrect on the reported search made. We live in Utah, not back east. I have also performed the same function on their web site as my spouse. There was no mention of a monthly fee. I am glad they ended up doing the refund, but they are still quite the naughty business.  Thanks for your efforts.  They never would have budged without you.
