The website is somewhat confusing. I thought I was buying a one time report for $19.95. I started getting hit with monthly charges to my credit card for a subscription fee. When I called to complain after 5 months of charges, customer service center said that I ordered the service by checking a box that agreed to their terms and conditions and that I had to "proceed with basic report" without agreeing to the terms and conditions to avoid the service sign on. Clearly, this seems deceiving to the ordinary user as the "button" in question didn't say "click here to order our monthly subscription service" and "click here to receive your one time report." They also would not reverse the service charges because they said it was my fault for not calling them right away to let them know I didn't mean to sign up, and that, much like a gym or TV, I get charged "whether or not I turn on my computer or TV.". Clearly, customer service is not in their repertoire of priorities. Obviously, I did not understand what I was buying. My bad. Don't trust the internet. Regardless of my not reading that somewhat deceptive fine print, it feels a lot like the game play for this company is to "slam" customers who think they are buying one thing but really are getting something very different.

The statement provided by US Realty Records is NOT TRUE! at the very bottom of the page, in faded gray, tiny fonts were the words "No Thanks," which I clicked. They automatically started an account WITHOUT my permission. Its is bad enough that they committed FRAUD, but then to lye about it is pathetic.

I am rejecting this response because: my personal financial practices does not negate the fact that I was deceived.  Even if I did notice the charge the very next month, I still did not agree to a subscription service, I only signed up for the one time offer.  SInce I thought I was only signing up for the one time offer, there was no reason to check for additional charges.  I never even receive a confirmation e-mail to confim that I signed up for a subscription service.  As a matter of fact, I've never received any correspondence from this company at all.  What type of subscription service doesn't remind their customers of the MONTHLY product that they purchased?  No invoices, nothing at all.  No reminder and no monthly invoices indicate that they are trying to hide the chrages.  The charges are a small enough amount that it is not inconceivable for people to not notice.  That's why this feels like a scam.  However, over time it adds up and can be a burden.  It is evident that the sign up process on the website is flawed because I am not the only one complaining about this exact problem with the exact same scenario.  There are numerous complaints filed against this company with the exact same scenario.  Not only is the practice fraudulent, but the associates were extremely rude to me when I complained.  This indicates that they have to deal with this all the time.  Please refund me for the five time charges of $19.95 equaling $99.75.

My bank said the fee is for international billing. I want my $1.05 back that you did not make me aware of nor did I agree to international billing. In have the bank paper stating that in fact you do bill international

I am rejecting this response because: My problem was not with the .95 it is with the additional $2 international transaction fee that popped up with a company that claims they are USA based. I want the $2 fee . I am still owed $1.05. I am trying to make sure you start telling your prospective consumers the truth, which is that they will be charged an international transaction fee in addition to the fee of .95 you charge

Subscriptions are only billed if specifically requested. Under no circumstances are those billed unless it is...

specifically selected and agreed to. As the terms of use and conditions were agreed to, the guest was billed accordingly. Credit card holders are responsible for regularly checking their statements and immediately contacting any company they find discrepancies with. As there is no contractual obligation with the subscription, it could have been canceled at any time. We are available over the phone 24hrs a day, and over email and Live Chat Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm MST. We did not hear from the guest until December 6, 2016.As a huge exception to our refund window, the October payment has also been refunded and should appear back in the account within 3-5 business days.Regards,Management.
