US Tax Recovery Partners, LLC (USTRP) has received a copy of the above referenced complaintThank you for forwarding to our attention as the complainant has not notified us of any issuesPlease note, in the latest three year period we have performed over 4,reviews and satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority.Contrary to the complainant's statement, an appointment to review our services was scheduled on October 28, for November 4, An agreement was presented for review and signed although complainant clearly states she "signed without reading the entire document"A copy of the executed "Comprehensive Service Agreement" was subsequently emailed to the same personIt was only later that the complainant chose to cancel the agreement. The one page agreement states the "parties represent and warrant each has read and has the authority to sign this agreement" and includes an administrative fee for cancellationUSTRP has contacted the customer to reschedule and is merely attempting to perform its services under the agreement.Respectfully, [redacted] , EsqVice President

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This has not been resolved they are now trying to send a bill for $I did NOT set up appointment and didn’t ask them to stop in our shop! I’m not the owner and was never asked thatI do not feel I owe them anythingThey are not even a Michigan company this seems like a scam!!!!! [redacted] Mask & Equipment Inc [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as previously stated, the signatory of the so-called agreement was not authorized to commit our company to legal agreements of any description, in addition to which USTRP subsequently altered the agreement by writing in and forging a fictitious job title for the signatory - a job title which the signatory has never had, and which has never existed at our companyUSTRP also attempted to use deceptive practices to obtain a signature on their contract Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The one page agreement was signed under pretensesThe USTRP Representative guaranteed the signer that this binder was only to reserve the date and that we could cancel at any timeThe postponing of the appointments was in lieu of being allowed to cancelThe individual that signed did not have signing authority which was explained to the representative The only people with signing authority would be the controller or ownersThe representative was very misleading during the entire conversation and when I tried to contact him again to discuss cancelling, he does not answer his phone nor return phone callsStandard Tool and Die is not interested in any service that USTRP is offering Regards, [redacted]

This is a business to business transaction in which a written agreement was signed by the complainant allowing USTRP to perform servicesAfter numerous phone conversations, an appointment was pre-scheduled and an agreement was presented for review and signatureServices were performed and benefits were identifiedComplainant has since remitted payment to USTRP for a portion of the benefitsA credit memo was issued for the fuels credits USTRP identified subsequent to the company showing where they had taken the credit and it is defamatory to say it was fraudulent; complainant knew the credit was issued prior to filing this complaint yet still chose to file this complaint. The agreement is one-page and the expense reduction areas to be reviewed are clearly presentedThe company gave USTRP access to its documents and a customized report was remittedThis is a collection matter in an attempt to renegotiate the terms after USTRP has either performed or has been stopped from performingMerely stating no benefits were received because complainant has refused to cooperate does not mean the amounts are not dueIt means the complainant has breached the contract

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As stated in my complaint The representative from US Tax Recovery led me to believe that I was under no obligation to have this review done I clearly remember telling him that I was not authorized to give an affirmative decision until it was discussed with the owner of the corporation on his next scheduled visit The representative said, "oh, that's fine, I understand you need to speak with him, let's just set up a tentative date so if he agrees to have the review done, we can have you on the schedule" He then slid the form to me and stated that I was just signing for the tentative date he penciled in He did not indicate that I was signing the "contract" I feel this was dishonest on his part This was just a copy of a form, it did not even look like a formal contract, that is why I thought he was being honest The response from US Tax Recovery also states that this was a previously scheduled appointment, we received several sales calls from their office and the last one indicated that the person was just going to drop off some literature that we may find helpful We did not solicit their services As stated to [redacted] , who has been calling and e-mailing from b2b Prospecting (not sure how this company is related to US Tax Recovery), we are not interested in their services and do not feel we should be threatened with a huge cancellation fee due to the fact that their representative clearly indicated that he understood I was not able to make the decision to have this review without speaking with the owner We have asked to have this representative contact us to clear this up but are told that this is not possible I feel as though this representative is running his own scam on behalf of US Tax Recovery and because of this we do not want to continue any type of relationship with them as we do not feel they are a trustworthy company Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] ’s statement that we misrepresented our fee structure is unfounded Our fee structure is clearly stated in the contract that Mr [redacted] ’s boss, Mr [redacted] , read and signed so there can be no misrepresentation Mr [redacted] claims we manipulated the calculation of our fee Again, a completely unfounded claim Our fee is calculated precisely as it is stated in the contract Mr [redacted] read and signedWe reject both Mr [redacted] ’s claims and the Revdex.com’s questionable interference in our business

This is a business to business transaction in which a written agreement was signed by the complainant allowing USTRP to perform servicesAn appointment was pre-scheduled and an agreement was presented for review and signature to the owner of the companyThe agreement is one-page and does allow the complainant to terminate the agreement and pay an administrative fee upon cancellation prior to services being performedUSTRP would prefer to perform its services as agreed in order to recoup expenses already incurred and to find savings for complainant that may be lost foreverIf that is not an option, the fee is due and payable

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We have repeatedly informed multiple members of this company that we need to speak to [redacted] , the sales person who came to the office as this is not consistent with what was discussed during the meetingOur company has also requested he present the original - and they have not done soWe do not wish to do any business with this organization Regards,
