Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I did not request terms and conditions I requested information on how to redeem the rewards points.  It would appear USAA has a system whereby they are luring people to collect reward points they then cant redeem for anything regardless of terms and conditions

October 23, 2017 Ms. [redacted]Complaint ID #: [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]: I am responding to your second submission regarding your credit card accounts with the USAA Savings Bank. Thank you for speaking with [redacted], of our staff, who confirmed that late fees were assessed appropriately to both accounts after the minimum payment due was not received by the payment due date.  During your conversation, you advised Mr. [redacted] that you were experiencing financial hardship, and he recommended that you speak with our Member Assistance Team to discuss possible payment programs.  Mr. [redacted] remains available to assist you should you have additional questions. We appreciate another opportunity to respond to you.   Sincerely, [redacted] Credit cards are issued by USAA Savings Bank and serviced by USAA Federal Savings Bank, both Member FDIC.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: After speaking with [redacted], he did not give a reason why those payments were rejected. He did say he couldn't find an error, but most of my information has been removed in the system according to [redacted] and every representative I've spoken with. I want an explaination for the $313 payment USAA took from my bank account on 10/5/16. Why were they able to take a successful amount from the same account that I attempted to pay from twice, unsuccessfully, a few days prior? If there was a problem with my bank account, as [redacted] assumed, USAA would not have been able to take that $313 from that account. The only difference was that I tried paying online versus USAA taking said money. I also do not recall authorizing USAA to take $313. For months I tried to have USAA assist me in payments and no one was able to help me until they were desperate to close my account. Then suddenly, in small print in September's statement they announce that $313 would be taken in the next month on 10/5/16. And that was to this date, the only payment that succeeded. Please ask [redacted] to explain that.
Regards,
[redacted]

Dear Mrs. [redacted]
I am responding to your submission regarding the credit card account reflecting on your credit report.
A detailed review of your account revealed that on July 19, 2015, [redacted] established an individual College Start...

Nonetheless, the USB submitted a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the credit card from your credit report. We ask that you allow 30-45 days for the information to be updated. July 18, 2017 Sergeant [redacted], USA (Ret.)Complaint ID #: [redacted] Dear Sergeant [redacted]: I am responding to your submission regarding your credit card with the USAA Federal Savings Bank.  I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you may have experienced....

Thank you for speaking with [redacted], of our staff, who confirmed both your credit card and your account access were reinstated.  Since the interest rate is the same for your purchases and cash advance, Ms. [redacted] requested to have the cash advance balance reposted under your purchase balance, which was completed on July 17, 2017.  She also verified that a request was submitted to remove the adverse credit reporting.     Sergeant [redacted], I hope that your conversation with Ms. [redacted] reassured you that your satisfaction is important to us.  If you have additional questions, Ms. [redacted] remains available to assist you.  We appreciate you allowing us to reply to you.   Sincerely, [redacted] Credit cards are issued by USAA Savings Bank and serviced by USAA Federal Savings Bank, both Member FDIC.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:My complaint was the lack of response by the dispute department, to tens of requests to do so by the customer service reps, as noted on my account. The dispute department ignored my inquiry and closed out the case, and only reopened it upon my filing the instant Revdex.com complaint. My complaint regarding the apathy of the claims department is legitimate, and has not been addressed by USAA, neither in its original response or its current response. USAA deserves an F rating

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I emailed [redacted] a few days ago, I appreciate USAA crediting the amount and removing the late fees, however my card is still stating that I have a past due balance of over $1200.  I asked [redacted] if he could correct the issues since I was making my monthly payments that were given to me form the payment arrangements, but he said the past due was correct and is owed. That makes no sense that you would credit the interest for the past four months but I still owe four months worth of minimum payments in May. If I had that kind of money I wouldn't have needed the help anyway or a payment plan. Its like all 4 months of  payments were all just deferred till May.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I paid $75 for the privilege to use a convenience check interest free until January 31, 2019.  However, I was charged interest.  $16.11 of the interest was refunded, but $2.78 was not.  The last time I called the business, I was informed that the remainder of the interest wasn't refundable, and that I would have to pay the account in full to stop receiving interest charges.  Thus, at great inconvenience to me, I paid off the account in full, and I was prevented from using the privilege that I paid $75.00 to use.  In order to resolve the complaint, I am asking for a refund of $77.78.  I was offered $2.78 by telephone from a company representative a day or two ago, but I told the representative that that wasn't enough compensation.
Regards,
[redacted]
