I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Sir or Ma’am,  I need to amend my complaint with USAA as shown on the Revdex.com site.  After the complaint was filed, USAA reached out to me and we have successfully worked through the problem.  In fact USAA has changed the period to cancel credit cards based on this complaint.  I would definitely like to add this information to the complaint and resolution.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never contacted concerning this complaint.  I was only contacted by the collections department regarding the $36.31 due on August 12, 2016 which I agreed to pay in protest.  I also indicated I will never do business with USAA again and to not contact me again for anything!  I do not like to be "scammed".  Read the other hundreds of complaints with this organization.  They have been taking advantage of military veterans like me.  They are dishonest.

I am rejecting this response because:  I paid the $75 for the convenience of using a convenience of a counter check that was to be interest free until January 31, 2019.  As it turned out, it was not interest free, and I had to pay off the account prematurely in full to avoid interest charges.  Therefore, I did not receive the service that I paid $75 for.  That is why I am requesting a refund of $75.  If USAA wants to be fair and impartial, they need to refund the $75 for the convenience that I paid for, but did not receive.

account starting in September 2016, restricting your access. In the event a member’s access to usaa.com is restricted, it may be necessary for a USAA representative to assist with gaining access to the website and resolving the issue.
Unfortunately, [redacted] of our staff, was unable to reach you by phone to address your concerns. Nonetheless, he completed a thorough review of your account and could find no evidence in our records showing an inability to make a payment while on the phone with a representative. Regardless, he refunded one late fee as a courtesy. Additionally, he confirmed that your authorized user called in once in September 2016. Please note that prior to January 21, 2017, authorized users did not have the ability to make payments and view basic account information. If you have additional questions or wish to discuss this matter, Mr. [redacted] remains available to assist you.
