Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do want to mention that I left two phone messages  (one on 12/22 and one on 12/28) for [redacted] since he reached out to me and have received no return call to-date.  I called to let him know that I filed a case with my local police department for my stolen account information with the information that I printed from your web site and I also left a message to let him know that when you credited my account back the money in question, it was done so incorrectly.  I am assuming he did receive my messages since the issue with the credit was resolved, but I stand by my initial conclusion that your customer service lately is very disappointing, especially at this level.
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sir or madam,Nothing was done when the answered the complaint to FTC.  They just replied that they were still investigating. Please do not close the complaint. Or should I file a new and separate one?Thank you[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I used my card as a credit.  I absolutely did not consent to the terms.  If, I was there and available I would have sigbed the contract.  Your inference is illogical and illegal.  You are saying that any customer who uses there card cannot dispute a vendor.  You were provided documentation that stated 1) a return of funds by vendor 2) the vendor illegally entered a contract with a minor 3) services were not completely rendered and any unused funds should be returned  Unless, the President himself tells me otherwise.  Your inference is wrong as USAA should dismantle their dispute department based on your stance of a customer who uses their funds cannot dispute a transaction as it constitutes consent.  Show me in black and white that paying a vendor who lied and practed illegal actions as well as not rendering full services is allowed to keep a customers funds.
Regards,

our staff, faxed a copy of the settlement agreement dated June 24, 2015, and payment was received from Mr. [redacted] for the agreed amount. As indicated in our letter, USAA will forgive the remainder of the balance on the account, and we will request that the consumer credit reporting agencies update their records accordingly. However, we are unable to remove the account information from Mr. [redacted] consumer credit reports as we are required to report accurate information. Should you have any further questions, Mr. [redacted] remains available to assist and can be reached at [redacted] Thank you for allowing us to reply to you. Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: I emailed [redacted] a few days ago, I appreciate USAA crediting the amount and removing the late fees, however my card is still stating that I have a past due balance of over $1200.  I asked [redacted] if he could correct the issues since I was making my monthly payments that were given to me form the payment arrangements, but he said the past due was correct and is owed. That makes no sense that you would credit the interest for the past four months but I still owe four months worth of minimum payments in May. If I had that kind of money I wouldn't have needed the help anyway or a payment plan. Its like all 4 months of  payments were all just deferred till May.

Dear Mr. [redacted]:
I am responding to your submission regarding the finance charges assessed to the $1,705.00 cash advance from your USAA Federal Savings Bank (the Bank) Signature Visa® credit card account into your USAA checking account. ...

Our employees are expected to be courteous and informative and to handle maters in a professional manner. I regret this was not your experience.
[redacted], of our staff, conducted a thorough review of your concerns, but was unsuccessful in speaking with you about his findings. Mr. [redacted] confirmed that the terms on your credit card offer included a 13.65% APR on purchases and cash advances, and a 0% introductory APR on balance transfers and convenience checks that post to the account by June 30, 2017. Typically the Bank charges a onetime 3% cash advance fee, but that fee is waived when the cash advance is processed into a USAA account. Consequently, the $1,705.00 transaction did not incur a cash advance fee. However, a finance charge of $2.59 was accurately assessed as reflected on your June 27, 2017, credit card statement.
Mr. Duane, Please note that our core values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity are at the center of everything we do, and we must respectfully disagree with your allegations of impropriety. Should you need any additional information, Mr. [redacted] remains available to assist you.
Thank you for allowing us to reply to you.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] Complaint ID #: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]:
I am responding to your submission regarding your multiple applications for a credit card with USAA.
Thank you for speaking with [redacted] of our staff, who thoroughly reviewed your concerns. As she...

advised, your credit profile had a Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) alert, which prevented USAA from obtaining information needed to complete the credit approval process. It is important to note that FACTA alerts are self-placed credit blocks that USAA does not have the capability to bypass when trying to verify a consumer’s identity. The alerts are typically added by the consumer to protect themselves from identity theft and limit the way their information is shared. Consequently, we notified you that your identity could not be verified, and the application was declined.
Our records indicate that you were advised that another application was needed and would result in another credit inquiry, and you opted to move forward. As such, USAA has to accurately report both inquiries to the consumer reporting agencies in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Therefore, your request to remove the credit inquiries was respectfully denied.
Ms. [redacted] remains available to assist you should there be additional questions regarding this matter. We appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to reply to you.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

USAA and its affiliates, it is our business practice to periodically perform a review of our credit card portfolio. USAA credit card accounts are governed by the USAA Credit Card Agreement (Agreement), which is provided to account holders at account inception and is available for review on usaa.com. The section of the Agreement entitled “Transaction Limits,” under “Part B: Use of Account,” maintains, “We may establish limits on the amount you may borrow or types of transactions we will permit. . . . We can increase, reduce, cancel, or suspend any of the limits or add new limits at any time.” After receiving your correspondence, Kyle [redacted], of our staff, conducted a review of your account. He confirmed that we were unable to reinstate your credit limit at this time. The specific reasons for our decision were provided in the notice we mailed to you. It is important to note that the unsecured loan approval had no impact on the lowering of the credit card balance.
Mrs. [redacted], our decisions are not made without careful consideration, and I hope the information we’ve outlined clarifies the reasons for our actions. USAA Federal Savings Bank adheres to all applicable banking regulations and to USAA’s core values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity, and your allegations of wrongdoing are unfounded. Should you have further questions, Mr. [redacted] remains available to assist you, and he can be reached at ([redacted]) [redacted]-USAA ([redacted]) or ([redacted]) [redacted], Extension [redacted]. We appreciate the opportunity to review this matter and to respond to you.
Sincerely,
