It is also a fact that the company that provided that service has charged my account a separate fee. I'm not asking for the $that was pay for my birth certificate, I am asking for the $paid to usbirthcertificate.com for unsatisfactory service. I was denied assistance when I first sought it out and then ridiculed, laughed at, and hung up on to complete the customer service encounter. This is not the type of service I would pay $for. If I had a choice I wouldn't pay a single penny for such unprofessionalism
