You charged me 49 dollars to just turn around and order it through vital check which are the only company that can obtain those documents. I was told that they contacted me three times, all which they have failed to prove and I have absolutely no record of. One time they stated they called and left me a voicemail. My call records show absolutely no phone call as well as my voicemail has never been set up, making this impossible. After stating my frustration of not being contacted after 30 days from when my card was charged and having my order on hold, they proceeded to be EXTREMELY RUDE to me lacking every bit of customer service skills you could ever imagine. I was actually hung up on in mid sentence and told to call back when I was "ready to listen". When I called back and asked about being hung up on, they told me that this is there policy if they can't come to an agreement with the customer. In all of my entire life, I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a company or business. The worse part is that I received an ADDITIONAL $38 charge on my account today, which is from the "state who is processing the birth certificate" this was a hidden fee and was NEVER explained clearly in the check out process. So here we are 30 days later, I have no birth certificate , have paid $115 in fees, and will not receive it for another 7-19 days. I am writing this to warn all others, [redacted] and get your money taken from this company. They have received a rating of a "D+" from the Revdex.com, which is absolutely FAILING STANDARDS in any way you look at it. I am so sorry that I did not research this company before purchasing from them.
