On 7-16-15 we faxed the exact same information we send for every chargeback to your credit card/bank. You will need to find out what more they will exactly need. In 18 years this is the first time I have ever heard we didn't send enough info.We accepted your chargeback which means we authorized the funds to go back to you (by us just saying we accept the Chargeback I can't think of what else they would need even though we send a bunch of other info). Our website states 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery and this is exactly what we did.This customer and his girlfriend have called our office many times arguing and complaining.
