I am rejecting this response because:YOU PEOPLE ARE CRAZY! I NEVER GOT PAST THE GUARDS AND YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT ON YOUR CAMERAS! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR SERVICES NOT AT 100% TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION....YOU CAN SAY WHAT YOU WANT ABOUT THIS BUT WE NEVER WERE ABLE TO GET PAST THE GUARDS AFTER OVER HOURS YOU JUST GET TIRED OF THE *** AND LIES! I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS YOUR POLICY...WELL YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE I AM NOT\WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ANY OF THIS RESERVATION...I WILL NEVER STAY WITH YOU NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND YOUR PLACE TO ANYONE! AND FROM WHAT I READ FROM OTHERS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE HAD UNHAPPY PEOPLE!!! YOU CAN SAY THAT YOU HAD PASSES READY FOR ME AT THE GATE...BUT I DID NOT HAVE ANY PASSES...NOR DID THE GUARDS HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON ME HENCE THE OVER HOURS DEALING WITH THE GUARDS AND OTHERS THAT TRIED TO COME IN HAD THE SAME PROBLEMSAND TO TOP IT OFF I NEVER RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS BACK SO I JUST STOPPED CALLING VACATION RENTAL PROS. I AM 100% DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY..WOULDN'T YOU BE UPSET AND WANT TO STAY ELSEWHERE IF YOU GOT TREATED LIKE I DID..THAT'S WHY WE LEFT AND STAYED AT OTHER HOTELSYOU THINK YOU HAVE A RESERVATION AND BAM YOU GO TO CHECK IN TO FIND THE GUARDS TELLING YOU WE HAVE NOTHING ON FILE FOR YOU....COME ON NOW THIS HAS BEEN SINCE OCTOBER 19TH ...THIS IS A LITTLE RIDICULOUS..JUST REFUND MY MONEY ALREADY! Mr***, I am sorry about the issues you were facing with the pricing on *** The price on *** that you were looking at, for $per night, was the average price Because there were no dates entered, that was the price shown Once the dates were entered, the
price was $per night. The price fluctuates because of the time of month, weekends, holidays, etc. As we have discussed and agreed, we have provided a full refund and hope to see you on your next vacation!Tell us why here

According to our record the complaints are mostly associated with guest not following through with paperwork.However, we offered $for the inconvenience

BUT NOTED THIS DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE US FOR THE LOST BEACH TIME BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY'S FAILURE TO DO WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO.  IT ALSO DOES NOT FIX THE LIES THAT WAS TOLD TO US ABOUT THE INSURANCE AND THE PROBLEMS WITHIN THE CONDO ITSELF.  I JUST WANT THIS NIGHTMARE BEHIND US AND REST ASSURED WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM VACATION RENTAL PRO OR ANYTHING WITH THE NAME [redacted] AGAIN.  HE AND HIS COMPANY IS A SHAM. [redacted] has been communicating with the guest. She informed the guest  that Merchant account still has not received the fund from [redacted].We are waiting the fund clear so that we can release to the guest.   We would like to close this matter as much as guest would like to.

I am rejecting this response because: I made a reservation and received confirmation on May 31. This reservation showed the $300 deposit but as shown by other emails the total amount was attempted to be debited from my account. Phone calls went unanswered and emails went unresponded to regarding the payment amount. After moving funds and clearing with the bank for the entire amount to be debited, I received ANOTHER confirmation on June 18. [redacted]

Mr. [redacted], While I appreciate your concerns, I have reviewed the photographs that you have complained about and do not feel that they are deceptive in any way, nor do they encourage guests to trespass on your property.  The photographs simply show the landscape surrounding the property....

I am rejecting this response because I had no choice but to accept your accommodation since you gave me less than 24 hours notice. I was promised that the house would be cleaned at 10am on our day of arrival and that an exterminator would visit the property at 11am to ensure that we had a fruitful stay. However, when we arrived, the property was still very dirty. We found dead bugs on the floor in several places and all of the surfaces were dusty. It appeared that the cleaning service may have only come by to put down clean towels. On top of that, it was very clear that an exterminator had not visited the property. When I spoke with [redacted], she said that she would send someone out because she knew that the pool being installed in the backyard would cause bugs to appear in the house. We saw several large and small cockroaches throughout our stay and were absolutely disgusted by them. [redacted] said that we should not have any issues after the exterminator visited, and clearly we did, which  proved that  [redacted] had lied to me about the services she was sending out to help us. It was incredibly deceitful of [redacted] to say that someone would come when it is clear that the property was neither cleaned nor exterminated. If we had a choice, we would have moved out of the house and to a hotel, but unfortunately, with a group of our size and with the unprofessional last minute notice, we have no choice. We are demanding a full refund of our expenses or will take this up with our credit card company to ensure that we receive the recourse that we know we deserve.

Mr. [redacted] had a choice to not accept the accommodation.  During your conversation with VRP Representative you had the option to cancel reservations.  You willingly stayed at the property for the entire scheduled date with no complaints to VRP.  VRP was never contacted in regards to any pest control issues.  You signed an addendum stating Guest understands that no further refund would be issued.  VRP sincerely regrets any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

We advertise the property on our website and there is nowhere indicated that the property is handicap accessible nor equipped.  None of our properties are equipped since all vacation homes and condos are residential properties owned by individual owners. We relocate the property what we have in our management and sent cleaner back with arrangement with the guest.If guest is still complaining about cleaning, we are willing to pay cleaning fee.  We believe we have been accommodating with the guest very fairly.

I am rejecting this response because: we lost beneficial use of the house for three days. The mulch odor was abnormal and horrible. The number of bathrooms stated was misrepresented as there was  only 5 1/2, not 6 as listed. The house had not been cleaned properly . There were filthy patio chair cushions, and with cigarette package, contact lenses, pacifier, food debris on the floor and greasy kitchen area. We waited two days for the pool filter to be fixed and could not use the pool during this time after the mulching VRP refused to come and inspect the odor with us.  Calls made to them (23) over four days did not result in correcting the problems. The inadequate $300 offer was contingent upon our signing a release not to leave negative feedback anywhere.  At this point we are willing to accept $1200 to end this matter. We had paid over $10,000 for this rental.

One day before the home[redacted] revealed to vacation rental pros that they were installing a pool. We updated the renter as soon as we were informed. Once contacting by the [redacted] the renter we updated, that they could cancel their reservation and or they could stay there. I did everything in my power to make sure that the property was clean and ready for their stay. The property was exterminated 12/6 as well as cleaned 12/7. 12/7 - The property was then viewed by an inspector the day of arrival to let us know that there were no issues. After talking to the renters they agreed to sign the addendum asking for no further compensation for this rental.With even this email back from the renter- Thank you for this information. I will contact you or someone else on the team if we have any trouble. I have signed the agreement and received confirmation that it was sent. Thanks for your help,Family was at the location from 12/7-12/10 and at NO time during their stay did the family reach out to anyone at vacation rental pros to state of the property inside and or any more bug and or cleanliness issues. They were issues a credit of $200.00 credit for a 3 day stay with no reported issues

I am rejecting this response because:This companies response is unacceptable because I did not receive what I signed up for.  Their is no remedy to a snake, but I certainly would not have myself or my family stay in a vacation home that has 6 foot snake in it.  I would NEVER recommend this company because of the lack of customer service and understanding under the circumstances.   Regards,
