I ordered a sample of these products and was charged $for each product even though the website said $I was not going to dispute $It arrived without any shipping material or product information The Serum made me break out and the eye cream didn’t hold up to their claimsI tried to call this company several timesOnce you call the number an automated message gives you three choices of products to put in a numberNone of these products were the ones I purchasedIf I pressed one, two or three I was asked for my phone number and they could not attach it to an orderThen gave my address and still could not find my accountThen I was put on hold for over an hourA representative never came on the line Now I got my credit card statement and I have been charged for products that I haven’t receivedI FINALLY got through today to a representative by calling the number off my credit card billI was told I didn’t cancel my subscription in timeThe product has been sent to my other address in Michigan and even if I return the product, I will not be refundedI was given a choice of getting his “once in a lifetime discount of 35% off” or I get no money back at allI told him I wasn’t happy with the product and wanted a refundHe told me I was out of luck I went back to the website and it states: Refund Policy: I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with my products I may cancel my order at any time by calling customer service and returning any unused, unopened Product to our warehouseAll returns must be within days of original purchase (excluding trial product)Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable This is a total scamDo NOT order from this company!

This company offers you a "trial period" to try their product and only pay for shipping and handlingThey say you can cancel within days of ordering if dissatisfied with the product, or do nothing and they will send you a new item for around $a month, recurringBut, they will not let you cancel after days and they will charge you $a month and you will receive no product!! I am still trying to get this resolved thru a dispute with my cc! Stay away from this company!!

Eek, I am so sorry- my job has been crazy, so all I had time to do was to scan the last message, didn't even realize I needed to respond- I see that it is now closed and says Ii am still dissatisfied- they did refund my purchase, so I am fine Not too crazy about their policy of not taking back returns when I received the autoship I didn't realize I'd signed on for, so won't recommend the product, but they did refund the money once you got involved:) [redacted]

I have contacted this business with very little satisfaction I saw the trial on facebook, and thought I might like to try it I agreed to the $processing fee for shipping and processing, never saw the condition that I would be charged $if the unused portion was not returned/or canceled within weeks When I realized that I must have missed that I received a second bottle in the mail Before I had a chance to even open that box, I received a third bottle I went back through my account and realized that I had been charged $three times When the original box was delivered there was no paperwork telling me that it was a trial and had to be canceled within days After several frustrating phone calls I was told that cosmetic products can not be returned I now have bottles of anti-aging serum that I will probably never use since I saw no results when I tried the product originally I informed the customer service representative that I had boxes that had never been opened and I was offered a refund on the last bottle of $74.00, but told that I could not return it I truly hope that no one else is scammed by this company and that they are forced out of business I was asked by the representative if the refund offered to me was satisfactory and I told him no it was not but it was the only option I was given to get any of my money back I feel that the business practice of this company should be reviewed by someone and people who have unopened products should be able to return them for a full refund I have never experienced any business practice where unopened/unused products could not be returned

The business obviously did not read my complaintI said that the product was falsely advertised and was not what I was expecting when I received itAlso, when I ordered the trial, I never received a confirmation email nor did I agree to any auto-ship program. I'm not sure if there was something wrong with the website at the time I placed my order but I didn't even receive a receipt for the trial purchase. I assumed that it had not gone throughIn response to them company stating that I agreed to a partial refund, that was the only option the representative gave me. There was never an offer to fully refund my money or I wouldn't have filed this complaint in the first place. My main issue with the company is that they are advertising a totally different product and that is illegal
