For your reference, details appear below.I received emails from the company in question on Monday, 03/21/2016, stating that both disputed dollar amounts for which I filed the complaint ($and $98.71) have been refunded to my credit card account; however, as of today, no such refund has reached my credit card company per my Wednesday, 03/23/2016, 11:11AM(PST) telephone conversation with said company's Disputes Department I wish to keep my complain case open until I receive confirmation of the aforementioned refunds from my credit card company; since, I don't trust the statements of the business I filed the complaint against Thank you very much for your patience and assistance with this matter!

So you refund money in April then you turn around and in June turn me into Collect Pros Credit Collection agency? Why would you do that? That explains why I never received any more product but not why you would turn me into a collection agencySee attachedI paid the $on 6/18/which was the same day I received this notice in the mailID processing ***

I was put on their list for products and contacted them to take me off of their list completely They emailed back and said that they had removed me A month later I receive another product I call this time and am told that I was only removed from product and not another I had clearly stated I wanted to be removed for any and all product to begin with I have zero invoices because they don't enclose anything, and I was told that all sales are final and they will not accept returns Even better, the "customer service" they provide doesn't even deal with product
