I have requested 2 payments to be refunded as that is what I was charged. Therefore, I am not satisfied with only ONE refund, but both refunds as requested. I had to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent activity from this merchant by charging me twice and suspicious activity on my account due to their unsecured website.
I will only accept both charges being refunded. ]

I have contacted this business with very little satisfaction. I saw the trial on facebook, and thought I might like to try it. I agreed to the $4.95 processing fee for shipping and processing, never saw the condition that I would be charged $98.71 if the unused portion was not returned/or canceled within 2 weeks. When I realized that I must have missed that I received a second bottle in the mail. Before I had a chance to even open that box, I received a third bottle. I went back through my account and realized that I had been charged $98.71 three times. When the original box was delivered there was no paperwork telling me that it was a trial and had to be canceled within 14 days. After several frustrating phone calls I was told that cosmetic products can not be returned. I now have 3 bottles of anti-aging serum that I will probably never use since I saw no results when I tried the product originally. I informed the customer service representative that I had 2 boxes that had never been opened and I was offered a refund on the last bottle of $74.00, but told that I could not return it. I truly hope that no one else is scammed by this company and that they are forced out of business. I was asked by the representative if the refund offered to me was satisfactory and I told him no it was not but it was the only option I was given to get any of my money back. I feel that the business practice of this company should be reviewed by someone and people who have unopened products should be able to return them for a full refund. I have never experienced any business practice where unopened/unused products could not be returned.

So you refund money in April then you turn around and in June turn me into Collect Pros Credit Collection agency? Why would you do that? That explains why I never received any more product but not why you would turn me into a collection agency. See attached.I paid the $98.71 on 6/18/2016 which was the same day I received this notice in the mail. ID processing [redacted] I want NO product, no bills, no phone calls and no collection agency notice. You have taught me a very valuable lesson. "NEVER EVER order a free trial of anything"
