I ordered a sample of these products and was charged $5.95 for each product even though the website said $4.95 I was not going to dispute $2.00 It arrived without any shipping material or product information. The Serum made me break out and the eye cream didn’t hold up to their claims. I tried to call this company several times. Once you call the number an automated message gives you three choices of products to put in a number. None of these products were the ones I purchased. If I pressed one, two or three I was asked for my phone number and they could not attach it to an order. Then gave my address and still could not find my account. Then I was put on hold for over an hour. A representative never came on the line.
Now I got my credit card statement and I have been charged for products that I haven’t received. I FINALLY got through today to a representative by calling the number off my credit card bill. I was told I didn’t cancel my subscription in time. The product has been sent to my other address in Michigan and even if I return the product, I will not be refunded. I was given a choice of getting his “once in a lifetime discount of 35% off” or I get no money back at all. I told him I wasn’t happy with the product and wanted a refund. He told me I was out of luck.
I went back to the website and it states:

I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with my products I may cancel my order at any time by calling customer service and returning any unused, unopened Product to our warehouse. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase (excluding trial product). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
This is a total scam. Do NOT order from this company!

Eek, I am so sorry- my job has been crazy, so all I had time to do was to scan the last message, didn't even realize I needed to respond- I see that it is now closed and says Ii am still dissatisfied- they did refund my purchase, so I am fine.  Not too crazy about their policy of not taking back returns when I received the autoship I didn't realize I'd signed on for, so won't recommend the product, but they did refund the money once you got involved:)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that at this time, the issue resolution is still in pending status.  For your reference, details appear below.
I received 2 emails from the company in question on Monday, 03/21/2016, stating that both disputed dollar amounts for which I filed the complaint ($99.01 and $98.71) have been refunded to my credit card account; however, as of today, no such refund has reached my credit card company per my Wednesday, 03/23/2016, 11:11AM(PST) telephone conversation with said company's Disputes Department.  I wish to keep my complain case open until I receive confirmation of the aforementioned refunds from my credit card company; since, I don't trust the statements of the business I filed the complaint against.  Thank you very much for your patience and assistance with this matter!

This company offers you a "trial period" to try their product and only pay for shipping and handling. They say you can cancel within 14 days of ordering if dissatisfied with the product, or do nothing and they will send you a new item for around $99 a month, recurring. But, they will not let you cancel after 14 days and they will charge you $99 a month and you will receive no product!! I am still trying to get this resolved thru a dispute with my cc! Stay away from this company!!
