I am not ok with my information being flagged and locked indefinitely for their mistake of running my credit card information to oftenI did everything that was asked of me and offered multiple forms of payment and proof of identity, therfore there is no excuse to lock my accountit is true I never made it to the store but that is because I don't have a car as I live in a city and the store is 20+ miles away [redacted] @gmail.com form of compensation for this inconvenience was to take $off of a $orderto rent a car alone would've cost me $just to get thereessentially that means they offered me $off of $or less then 2.5% off, to compensate me for locking my account for over a yearit is un acceptable that despite being willing to provide identifying information they "can't unlock my information" it is there system and therefore their responsibility to correct their mistake

On 07/30/2015, Ms [redacted] purchased the Terrace 9-piece outside patio set This merchandise was picked up by Ms [redacted] on 07/30/2015.According to the back of Ms [redacted] ’s receipt; once the merchandise is picked up, if damages are discovered, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to return any merchandise to the store for service or exchange In the interest of customer service, the General Manager authorized a full refund of the merchandise, however; it will be Ms [redacted] ’s responsibility to return the merchandise to the Store in Pineville for a refund

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to add that Jason, the manager at American Signature, was more than accommodating and they were great in making a fair offerI would do business in the future with American Signature with the way they handled everything

On 11/14/2014, Mr [redacted] purchased the Rendezvous Olive sofa, Calistel Cap Plush queen mattress and the 6-piece Bally Black queen bedroom set.Mr [redacted] has made several adjustments to his order and a refund is due According to our contract with Visa, we must process refunds to the original form of payment used to make the purchase In compliance with our contract, Mr [redacted] ’s refund was issued to his original form of payment I have since requested a reversal of the refund from Visa I have been advised that the reversal process will take 3-business days Once the funds have been returned, we will be able to issue a refund check for Mr [redacted] .I apologize for any inconvenience Mr [redacted] may have experienced If Mr [redacted] has any further questions or concerns he may contact me direct

I have still not been able to make contact with anyone regarding getting my SUV fixedI was given a direct number for a gentlemen who works for [redacted] InsuranceHowever, whenever I try to contact him he tells me to call back the next day because he is out of the officeWhen I call him the following day he does not answer nor does he return my callI did try to contact the number provided by the company on the response to my complaintbut when I call it just rings and rings and never goes to a voicemail box and no ones answers I do not consider this issue resolved until my SUV has been fixed

When I filed this complaint in June I still had 3years it expires in in 2/they started my warranty over

Thank you I have no problem with that and will have absolutely no problem as long as value city stays in touch I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

WOW----So happy these guys are around because I had a doozie of a problem and they QUARTERBACKED it with easeI have a huge oak tree next to my house that a root has grown into the plumbing systemThe gentleman they sent was professional and told me straight up what was going to happen and how much it would cost and BOOOOOM....everything is back to new Thanks again fellas and I'm keeping you on the payrollAppreciate it

At this time American Signature would not be able to change the amount of in-store credit given to Mr***We are able to deliver the new merchandise to Mr [redacted] at no cost to him but the $in-store credit is a final offer of resolution for Mr***.I apologize for any inconvenience Mr [redacted] may have experienced If Mr [redacted] has any further questions or concerns he may contact me direct
