Thay is not what I was told when I puechased, the warranty in 2015, they stated everything is covered, this company has given me the run around and I am about to go further if this is not solved.I am seeking either repair of all the pieces or I would accept 80% store credit of all the pieces including bed, night stands, dresser and sofa bed.I am not satified with their response and do not want to deal with them directlythey were unprofessional and very disrespecful last time I contacted them.I made a new purchase in 2017, the driver could not wait a few minutes as I was running late and I was charged another $dollars by the store for redelivery, I am requesting a refund for thisamount as the driver wa not on timeI specifically requested al call hour before nd they called minutes prior, which did not give me enough timeThey are never on time and us the customers have to wait for them, this time I was running a bit late and asked the driver to wait, and he said he could not wait as he had family and a lifeDue to this issue I was also charger another re delivery fee of $dollars which I am also requesting a refund,So to wrap it all up, I am requesting % refund store credit of the entire purhase which I will attach a recipt of and the redund of the re- delivery fee of the new furniture purchased which has not been delivered yet Please advise

This situation has not been resolvedAccording to the company I have received numerous call backs which is not trueIt took about calls to get a hold of anyone at the Waldorf locationFriday my husband called and asked to speak with the GMMy husband asked to cancel the coffee table and end table that was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday because we still couldn't even get a hold of anyone to talk about the damage done to my carThe GM refused to cancel our order, even tho we had not received that portion yetThen my husband told him about the damage to my car, the damaged end tablet etc, and the GM said he had no idea about any of thatBut at this point I had called times and spoke to about different people about the damaged end table and the damage done to my carThe GM then said he would review our account and read all the notes and call my husband backCome Monday after noon we still did not get a call backMonday we called and left and message asking for a call back from the GMNo callThen Tuesday my husband called again asking for the GM, he was informed he was in a meeting and to call back my husband called several times every time he was told the same thingThen finally someone said they will have him call as soon as the meeting is overNo call by 5pmMy husband called back and was told the GM was gone for the dayThis is extremely rude, and unacceptableThen my husband called the corporate numberAfter DJ argued with him for a good minutesThey finally offered a discount, but had said the GM did not return the call because I had received calls and those for considered call backsI did not receive any phone calls and my phone records do reflect thisI did get a call on Sunday confirming delivery, and again on Monday just confirming the delivery of my coffee table and end tableNow, this doesn't even include the fact that I have not had any contact about the situation with the damage done to my car, except being told I will hear from the Claims AdjustorThe estimates show that the damage is approximately $1,and my car is only months oldI called, called and called all last week trying to get in contact with someone to speak to about my car and the damageI kept getting the run around they would tell me that I would get a call back asapI was told that Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and FridayOn Thursday I contacted my insurance company and they called Value, and gave me a number I could contactI called the lady who's number I was given [redacted] She was very nice and she called me back within an hourShe informed me that she would get into contact with someone and have them call meShe then called me back right away that she spoke with the gentlemen and he would call me that afternoon.When [redacted] called me on Friday he told me this was the first he was hearing of the damage to my car when Karen had personally called himBut yet I was told over and over that they would let him know and I would get a call back prior to thisIf my insurance did not get involved and start the process I would still be waiting on a call backI was told Friday that I would hear back by Monday at 1pmMonday at 5pm I still had no call so I called ShemelI left a message and when he called back he said that the claims adjustor would contact me right away on TuesdayTuesday no callWednesday morning I called and left a message with ShemelWednesday no call back from Shemel or the claims adjustorNow its Thursday and still no callThis customer service is extremely unacceptableThere is no communication and they do not follow through with conversations or return calls
