On 02/06/2015, Ms [redacted] purchased the Cordoba Chocolate 3-piece sectional, the Rendezvous Chocolate sofa, loveseat and ottoman, two Response Visco pillows and two Miata Berry chairs through the AcceptanceNOW program located within our Value City Furniture storeMs [redacted] received delivery of the Cordoba Chocolate 3-piece sectional on 01/16/2015, the Rendezvous sofa, loveseat, Miata Berry chair and two Response Visco pillows was delivered on 07/23/The Rendezvous Chocolate ottoman was delivered on 08/22/and the delivered additional Miata Berry chair delivered on 12/11/After receiving Ms [redacted] s complaint I reached out the General Manager to resolve Ms [redacted] ’s complaintThe General Manager has advised that Ms [redacted] was contracted through Acceptancenow therefore, Value City Furniture will be unable to help Ms [redacted] with her complaintValue City Furniture has no legal right to exchange, refund or alter an AcceptanceNow contractWhen contracted through Acceptancenow, Value City Furniture only provides the merchandise and delivery for the contract written by AcceptancenowMs [redacted] will need to contact an AcceptanceNow representativeI apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] may have experiencedIf Ms [redacted] has any further questions or concerns she may contact me directSincerely,

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I was informed that I will receive my refundHowever, the response shows the problems with this companyThey state that I returned the entire bedroom set on May 30th Why in the world would they schedule service for June 4th WHEN I RETURNED THE ENTIRE SETI am grateful to receive my refund in to days

In September when I first contacted them regarding the broken recliner and usb port I was advised that someone had to come outIt took weeks later for someone to come out and say yep, it's brokenWe'll have to order partsOnce the parts are odered we'll come back outNOONE ever said they are replacing my couch in September I had to call in weeks later to find out how long it took for parts to come inI was advised weeks by the customer service department associateweeks passed by and I never heard anythingI called back to find out what was going onI spoke with [redacted] who said she would check with the Dixie Hwy store and call me backGuess what, she failed to call back just like all the other times I have called in thereI called back two days later and spoke with [redacted] who was the managerHe said he was really busy but he would definitely find out what was going on and call me back on a SaturdayGuess what, he never called me!! I had to contact to get a response from anyone [redacted] called me several days later to tell me that it could take weeks for the parts to come in or not to come in at allHe told me that when they put furniture out on the floor the manufacturers have already started designing new furniture and most of the time do not have the parts to fix these couchesHe told me to come in after the holidays to see if there was another couch we liked and he would make it rightWhen we visited the store after Christmas we were told by a sales floor associate that we would only had a credit of $and if there was a couch we wanted we would have to finance the addtional amountWe left since [redacted] wasn't there to explain the situationI contacted [redacted] to let him know they wanted to charge us for another couch that we didn't even like! He finally said I can get you the same couch and we'll just swap them out to come in and get it setupI visisted the store and found out [redacted] had done transferred to another locationThe manager [redacted] said it was no problem and setup the delivery of the couchTwo months later the USB port goes out and I contact [redacted] to let him knowHe said that someone would be out on March 9th No one called or showed up so I contact the store and get the wonderul [redacted] againwho transferred me to the dixie store because she doesn't know how to handle service calls apparentlyThe female at the Dixie store said you're not scheduled to have anyone come out todayThey are coming out Wednesday the 11thI asked for the time and she wasn't sure what time it wouldMy husband was home all day and no one cameAt this point I was done with Value City! Now, the new couch you brought me in JANUARY that's not even 6MONTHS OLD is completely brokenThe metal bar under the recliner has snapped in HALF! I call the store and get [redacted] who leaves me on hold for 14minsShe says, i'm trying to schedule your service call but I'm having issues can I call you backI waited 42mins and she never calledI called back to the store and [redacted] said that she was waiting on the manager to talk to me becuase my couch is out of warrantlyHow is that even possible if you brought the couch in January but the warranty expired in December 2014? [redacted] agreed to waive the service call charge for the technician to come out but that doesn't help me with the broken couch the technician cannot fix when he comes out!! I want the couch fixed or the amount left owed on the couch cleared and waivedYou can have the couch back!! I will take my business elsewhere!

My name is [redacted] and I would like to reopen my dispute, 10864647, due to the company not following through with the resolution that they promised My statement for my credit card is still stating that the promotional no interest period is up in October of this year I have attempted to reach out to American Sinature a while ago but they never returned my call and Synchrony is now saying they have no record of them trying to change the promotional period I would simply like American Signature to honor what I was told both in store and through the dispute resolution.Thank You,

No messages have been left for meI dont answer my phone during the day because I work midnightsI do however return callsNo messages were left so if someone was trying to get ahold of me and never left a message how would I have known they calledSecond off, there has been a repair man to my house on July 1st He supposedly ordered parts to be in in under weeksmonths later I have heard nothingReplace my furniture asap or refund my money

I understand Ms. [redacted] ’s frustrations regarding her refund. In the interest of Customer Service, I have escalated Ms. [redacted] ’s complaint. I am pleased to advise that the refund check will be sent to [redacted] today, Friday, May 22, 2015 via Fed Ex with priority shipping.

On 03/28/2016, Ms [redacted] purchased the Cobra Brown 3-piece reclining sofa, loveseat and chair reclinerThe merchandise was delivered to Ms***’s residence on 04/01/After receiving Ms***’s complaint we reached out to the General ManagerIn the interest of Customer Service the General Manager has agreed to exchange the back of the Cobra Brown reclining loveseat and also the Cobra Brown sofaMs [redacted] can anticipate delivery of the replacement merchandise on 04/14/I apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] may have experiencedIf Ms [redacted] has any further questions or concerns she may contact me direct

I will not be accepting a credit to the credit one accountI will need a check for that amountWhen I paid for installation, it was paid on my debit cardSo, they received cash and I want cash backFurther compensation is definitely warrantedAll this time has passed and this company has not resolved my issues and NEVER addressed the last delivery per dumping garbage in my bushesIf I have to take this to court, I will and I will be contacting all local news stationsSend my money the same way it was originally paid!
