Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/02) */
This letter was written in regards to a Revdex.com complaint from Tammy [redacted] Revdex.com CASE#: [redacted]
Please accept this message as confirmation that our agency has processed a cancellation request for Tammy [redacted] Time...

subscription.
The aforementioned subscription was sent courtesy of FromYouFlowers.com as a "thanks" for a previous purchase. FromYouFlowers.com offered the complimentary subscription as a "Thank You" to customers that met a minimum purchase requirement. Notification of the promotion (picture of magazine, explanation of the complimentary subscription promotion and opportunity to opt out) appeared on the shipping confirmation page during the checkout process.
The customer was not charged for the Time subscription that was sent courtesy of FromYouFlowers.com, and neither ValueMags nor the magazine publishers have the customer's billing information. The complimentary subscription would not have auto-renewed.
Because the magazine publishers pre-print issues in advance, 1 or 2 issues of Time may arrive before the cancellation begins to take complete effect.
Our agency does not automatically generate subscriptions from marketing/mailing lists. The Time order request we received and processed for Tammy [redacted] was offered courtesy of FromYouFlowers.com. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by the receipt of the complimentary subscription from our online retail partner, FromYouFlowers.com.
Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.
Sincerely,

Christy [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I confirmed with value magazine customer service before buying the product clearly saying that [redacted] representative has told me that if I buy $25 of stuff from [redacted] I will get a rebate for $24 from value magazine and at that time value magazine customer representative didn't deny it purposely hiding the fact that I needed to buy more then 25 dollar of stuff to qualify for the rebate and this is why I should get this rebate because it was value magazine customer service who hid the fact purposely because if they had told me at that time I would have spent one more dollar when I was spending 25 dollars then one extra dollar doesn't make much difference. I even have the email response which I got from Value mag when I asked this question.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

According to our records, your rebate request did not meet the requirements to be eligible for a rebate. Additionally, we do not show any magazines being sent to your address through our agency. You will need to contact the magazines directly to cancel the magazines. Thanks.

Per the terms of the rebate you submitted for review, the minimum purchase price was not met. The order placed must be more than $25.00 *(not including taxes or shipping and handling). Rebate requests for $25.00 or less are not eligible for the rebate offer. Thank you,[redacted]...

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/06/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't accept their response because they are not telling the truth. I received an email on June 4 which was after I had unsubscribed. I have also received 3 emails since unsubscribing that they dated 12/31/1969; the most recent one of those was received around 6/10/2015. They know exactly what they are doing! They are dishonest. And, they don't have info about any other email accounts I may have. They only send their unwanted emails to this one email account.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/06/29) */
We are sorry to hear you are still disappointed. We have removed your e-mail from our system.
