This organization is a complete rip off to all vteransIt does nothing more than can be done for free by a number of other organizationsThey file a few pieces of paperwork, show you three worthless videos and expect outlandish paymentsI can't believe I actually fell for there sales pitchWhen you get your award they then demand payment in full instead of the agreed upon method of month or month repaymentOnly after reminding them of it do they agree to itYour account rep is handling so many others that you never get a timely call back, but in there contract if you don't contact them within hours of receipt of any documents you pay an extra fee

Vet Comp & Pen are by far the most professional organization I have had the pleasure of conducting business with Their team stays completely engaged with you throughout your entire process, at each phase you will receive a phone call explaining what you should expect as well as what will happen when you are finished Each and every person I spoke with at Vet Comp are knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure you are completely taken care of

I have had alot of experiences with organizations that say they will help Veterans, but Vet Comp and Pen has been the most helpful On top of my issues immediately and has been professional and timely throughout the process Thanks to Cassandra for your assistance in getting my claim processed!
