The order was never completed but they processed my credit card then took over days to process a refund They quickly removed points yet lagged for many days to process a credit Their premise to change an authorized hold on credit card to what constitutes a free use of money for over a week was not answered Want to understand what their authority was to charge my card, use the float and diminish my credit availability
