I receive a call from the account manager who actually canceled my account and I do not have to pay anymore money on the account. I wish the representative I spoke to before was this helpful. Viking need to retrained their employees. I understand that they are doing their job but the way they are getting into their customer's personal business is not correct. Overall I am happy with the outcome.
