This is Marti S***, President of Strategic Media, LLC I just left a detailed voice message for [redacted] as well as an email We cancelled her subscriptions in (InStyle and US Weekly) that were included as a bonus with a purchase at no cost We had our system enter her as a Do Not Promote but apparently the system only processed the Do Not Promote for InStyle and Us Weekly (so that if she ever qualified for those titles again from that program they would automatically be cancelled) However our system was not able (we have just learned) to do the Do Not Promote for all magazines that are in that program beyond InStyle and UsWeeklyThat's why she got a new subscription to People this April after making another qualifying purchase on the same site.So we have cancelled [redacted] ***'s People Magazine subscription And we are working to amend our internal systems so that we will be able to ensure the Do Not Promote is for any title going forward for that program Thank you

This is Marti S [redacted] with Strategic Media I left a detailed voice message for [redacted] this morning and just followed up with an email as well explaining how it is her daughter received the bonus subscription There was NO charge for this bonus and it does not auto-renew It was just a thank you for making a qualifying purchase on ecommerce siteWe immediately added her daughter's name and address to our Do Not Promote list so she will not get any other offers from us again.And I have asked [redacted] if she would like us to cancel the subscription as well She has my personal contact info (phone and email) should she wish to do so I would be happy to process that for her immediately as well.Thank you

This is [redacted] , President of Strategic Media I tried to reach [redacted] via phone several times but the # provided was apparently not correct So I emailed her today to explain how she received the Essence Subscription and reassure her that at no time was there any cost whatsoever to her It was included with a qualifying ecommerce purchase and there was no additional cost or automatic renewal and we never got her credit card info I also informed her that we have gone ahead and canceled her subscription If she has any additional questions she has my contact information Thank you

We have contacted the Publisher and asked them to cancel this subscription Thank you

HiI left a voice message and email for [redacted] today (June **, 2015) with complete details on how she got People StyleWatch She received a bonus one-year subscription to People Stylewatch included with a qualifying purchase at a women's fashion site There was NO additional cost for the bonus which was included with her purchase The subscription will not automatically renew We would be happy to cancel the bonus subscription if she wishes and left her my personal phone and email to answer any questions she may have Thank you
