Hello we have left a detailed voice message and email for the complainant These were bonus subscriptions included with a qualifying purchase and there is NO charge or automatic renewal ever She has my personal email and phone should we have any additional questions We also said we are happy to cancel and unwanted subscriptions all she needs to do is just confirm Thank you

Just attempted to reach the Complainant by phone but she did not answer so I left a detailed voice message I also just followed up with an email explaining exactly how she got the People bonus subscription (just months/issues) This was a bonus offer with no bill or automatic renewal ever She now has my email and phone # should she wish to forfeit her bonus we will be happy to cancel it Thank you

This is Marti S [redacted] with Strategic Media Just called this complainant to give them full details on how they got a bonus (no cost) subscription to Health Also have cancelled this (though she may still receive one more issue if it's already in the mainstream) At no time was there an incremental cost for this and it did not automatically renew But as per the request it has been cancelled Thank you

This is *** *** with Strategic Media, LLC I just left a detailed voice message for *** *** as well as an email She received InStyle in August, which we show was cancelled Recently she qualified to receive a mo subscription to People and a one year subscription
to Glamour We show we just put her on our Do Not Promote list so she will not get any more magazines if she makes future qualifying purchases from this website And I also provided her with my personal phone and email address should she wish to cancel her current subscriptions Thank you

This is Marti S*** with Strategic Media I spoke with *** *** and she understands the promotion and how she got themagazine subscriptions She has requested we cancel all titles in her name and we are also adding her to our do not promote list.She said as long as we wrote back

Hi my name is *** *** and I manage Strategic Media *** *** is receiving a bonus one-year subscription to InStyle included witha qualifying online purchase There was NO bill ever for this and it does NOT auto-renew In fact we never got her credit card so there is no
way it can be billed now or ever It was simply a thank-you bonus from a women's fashion ecommerce site for making a purchase I am going to send an email to *** ***so she can tell me if she wishes to cancel the bonus She will have my personal contact info if she has further questions I'd be happy to answer them for her.Thank you

We immediately tried to contact the Claimant and left a detailed vm on her cell phone We also sent a detailed email summarizing how she got the Us Weekly subscription and that we would be happy to cancel if upon her request She has our email and phone #s should she wish to do so we
will be happy to oblige She received Us Weekly as a bonus with a qualifying purchase and there is NO automatic renewal or charge for it ever and we never got her credit card info or email Thank you

My name is *** *** and I manage Strategic Media, LLC I have been trying to reach *** *** via phone for a few days but since it goes to voicemail I just left a detailed voice message We have cancelled her week People subscription and also added her to our Do Not
Promote list I have told her how she got the bonus subscription and assured her that NONE of our programs automatically renew and NONE of our programs automatically bill When customers write in to the Revdex.com site complaining of being billed they are confusing the publishers sending them a "renewal notice" to renew after our bonus period has ended with a bill There is NEVER any obligation and NO subscriptions are renewed without the customer sending in a renewal form.I also have asked our customer service team to investigate by email and phone # when she contacted us and history of any follow upIf for any reason our team did not follow up with her I will be speaking to our supervisor about that as we strive for excellent customer service and get regular reports on call wait times, answer rates, etcto ensure this.I did leave *** *** my personal phone number should she have any additional questions or concerns.Thank you

We reached out to customer on 7/**/via email and phone to discuss the complaint directly and let her know that the People StyleWatch subscription was a one-year bonus included with a purchase at a women's fashion site The bonus was included as a special thank you for making a qualifying
purchase at that site and there was NO additional cost and it will NOT automatically renew At no time did we ever receive her credit card or email (we only got that as part of this complaint) Since we have not heard back from the customer, we have gone ahead and cancelled her subscription Should she wish to reinstate she should email us back.Thank you

Hi,My name is *** *** and I'm the President of Strategic Media I just spoke to *** and explained that these subscriptions were received at no cost to her as a thank-you bonus for making a qualifying purchase on a woman's fashion site she frequents That all made sense to her
We reviewed the order history and she asked that we cancel all three of the subscriptions in our database under her name The cancellations were processed today I let her know that she may still receive 1-issues from each title that may already be in the mail or too late to stop She seemed satisfied with the conversation She has my direct # should she have any more questions Thanks
