The "business" indicates that they have canceled the unsolicited InStyle magazine however I want them to cancel all subscriptions if there are other ones and delete my information from their systemIn addition, I want to be permanently removed from receiving anything from this "business" ever again

I just emailed the Complainant with all of the details she requested including the name of the ecommerce site that included the bonus subscription with a purchase at no additional cost

Hi,*** *** received a bonus subscription to Money (one year) at no additional cost whatsoever for making a qualifying purchase on a site that sells business/office supplies The bonus offer was promoted in several locations and there is no bill ever for the thank you bonus
which was included with the purchase Sounds like he received an early renewal notice to extend his subscription As per his request we have asked the Publisher to cancel his subscription immediately however if a mailing label has already been printed or an issue is in the mail he may still receive one or two more issues.Thank you

On Oct ** we emailed this customer to let them know the details of this offer in which they got issues of People as a bonus for making a qualifying site purchase at NO additional cost to them (and NO auto renewal) We offered them in that email the option to cancel if they
wish or to continue to receive the remaining bonus issues We also called and left a voice message on her cell phone today Oct ** The customer has our email and phone # if she wishes to cancel we will be happy to do so if requested Thank you

Hi,The customer is getting Money as a bonus included with an ecommerce purchase The bonus was promoted on the checkout page and there was a very large opt-out but we are sorry if he didn't notice it We put the cancellation for Money through today, 12.** He
may still receive one additional copy but it has been cancelled Thank you

Hi,I tried to call *** *** on 8/**/(left a message) and again this morning Since I was unable to reach her by phone I went ahead and sent her an email explaining how she got People and of course letting her know it can be cancelled if she wishes At no time was there a charge for
People and it does not automatically renew Below is the body of the email I sent to *** *** today Thank you.Hi *** ***,My name is Marti S*** and I’m the President of Strategic Media I tried to reach you by phone last evening and a few minutes ago as well to respond to your Revdex.com complaint below We did a program with a website called *** in which they gave their customers a bonus (no additional charge!) subscription to *** with a qualifying purchase There is no cost ever for the one-year subscription and it does not automatically renew! We never got your credit card or email address - just your mailing address to send the bonus subscription which was a thank you from *** for your patronage The promotion was on the home page and the cart page but apparently you didn’t see it Most people can’t believe they are getting a year of People which is so expensive for just making a purchase on *** but I can assure you this is a bonafide program and there are no hidden charges or strings.If you do not want your *** *** subscription please let me know and I will be happy to cancel it for you Otherwise please enjoy it.Feel free to call me directly should you have any questions.Thank you,

This subscription has been cancelled It was included as a bonus with a qualifying online purchase and there was never any additional cost but it HAS been cancelled You may receive one more issue due to timing issues but we have cancelled the Essence subscription.Thank you

subscription We have asked her to get in touch with us if she wishes to cancel and provided my personal contact information Regarding her call to our customer service center, looks like she got unlucky there and called just a few minutes before our call center closed for the day So by the time she got through the prompts and hit go to "operator" they had left for the day and she was prompted to leave a message.We pride ourselves on excellent customer service so if there are any additional questions/concerns please let us know
