I was suppose to get a pendent and chain I paid and ordered for my daughter for Christmas, I was assured that once the offer ends the product will be shipped within a matter of daysThis weekend I am leaving without my daughters present and also was I just informed that the package has not even started the journey yet and is still at the Viral Style offices

I contacted the support with a question about the availability of an offer before orderingJosh, a customer service agent, replied quicklyHe was very friendly and helpful, explaining the procedures to me in a great and understandable wayWhat striked me very positively, too, was that his answer sounded honest and individually, not the usual computer nonsense that many companies use for replying to customer requests, appreciating their time more than their customersMy overall impression of the company and its customer service is very good, making it highly recommendable in my opinion

I placed an order for shirts and the order went very smoothlyThen, I realized I had made a mistake with one of the shirts and needed to remove itI emailed their customer support and within hours they had emailed me back AND refunded the amount of the shirt!!
