Needed a refund because I got charged twice and within hours it was in my bank account great service

Horrible customer serviceI received email communication regarding an order that I did not place, and requested that my email address be removed from their databases, as I was not the person who placed the orderMy first email went unansweredMy second email was responded to, but it required a further emails before they closed the support request, and I never received confirmation that the address was actually removedFinally, I received an email asking me to rate their support, and when I responded less than minutes later, I received an message that the ticket was closed and could no longer be rated
Very poor customer service, I would not recommend dealing with Viral Style

I have been shopping online for quite some time now (years or so) so I know how companies usually workAnd trust me, this is one of the greatest clothes company to buy from!
I ordered a product in May Waited around weeks and never received it
I looked up my tracking order on USPS and they said that they delivered it to me alreadyI was mad and discouraged because I thought I had lost 42$ right thereI contacted ViralStyle and the owner was extremely niceHe investigated the situation and a week later sent me the product with no hassle!

My son received his shirt and was quite pleased with the quality of the shirt I am pleased with the Customer Service provided, as it took a while for his shirt to get to hi, I lost the tracking #, and they looked it up and I was able to see where we were in the delivery process, right away They were very polite, and on top of it

There was an issue with the item I ordered not being receivedThe second I reached out to see what was going on, Angela was more than accommodatingI don't think I've ever experienced this great of service beforeI'll definitely be purchasing more in the future

The clock hands would not fit the owl clock I ordered for my wife's birthday I was informed that a mix up had occurred and the wrong timing mechanism had been shipped The correct mechanism was sent to me at no charge to me within a few days and works perfectly A big Thank You to Steffan at Support

The shirts look great! Cannot wait to wear them 4th of July weekend when we honor my Mother and Father in Law when we spread their ashes on the 3rd They were definitely worth the wait!!

Super clear email communication and surprisingly fast service I'd definitely recommend Viral Style to others and I'll likely come back myself

Can't wait for my T shirt to arrive.....I had issues with my shipping address when I entered it and someone replied to my email promptly and had my shipping address fixed right away

I ordered a t-shirt from Viralstyle and when I received it there was a flaw to the graphicI emailed them asking for a resolutionThey responded the same day and also again the next day when I respondedThey ended up giving me a refund and that process was also taken care of quicklyThis whole process - from my first email to the refund showing up in my account - was done within days! Now that's Customer Service! I will do business with Viralstyle again!

I recently contacted Viral Style, LLC for an order that was processed and shipped out and lost in transit by USPSThe company took the information from USPS and looked into the matterIt was founded that the order was lostEven though the problem was not directly in the companies control they gave me an option to have the item replaced or a refund without questionI really appreciated the fast response I received by Viral Style and that they remedied the situation for me immediatelyI will continue to do business with the company for the fact they had great customer service!
