Viral Style provided to me excellent, professional, courteous, pleasant and prompt customer service This is an awesome company!!!

I ordered what I thought was a sweater since it was labelled "ugly christmas" and it looked like a sweaterIt turned out to be a long sleeve t-shirt of low qualityI paid nearly $CAN for this and could have gotten it done for $After I complained, the company did not appreciate my situation and did not rectify itI certainly wouldn't recommend this company

At first I was upset but they were really nice and resolved my problem fastThis is a great company the designs y'all make are awesome!

Knowly sells t shirt designs that are stolen from other artistsWhile they have an email set up to handle DMCA notices, I believe it is just for showWhen provided with the necessary paperwork, they ignore your emails or, when they do reply, they give you a run around and continue to sell the productsI have had numerous designs stolen and sold on their site and I have founds dozens of other designs that are stolenPeople that I have talked to that have bought the design stolen from me have complained that they never receive their shirts and can't get their money back

I had a question regarding an item I had purchased, and write them an e-mailGot a reply from Gabrielle within minutes who solved my issue! Very satisfied!!

I ordered a sweatshirt from Viral Style while on the FacebookI had never heard of the company but was willing to take a chance because the price was right and I really liked the shirt
I did not recieve an order confirmation or notice the shirt had shippedThat was a little concerning as the money had been paid from my PayPal account
After about weeks of no contact, I contacted the company about my orderThey replied within hours that my shirt had been shipped and, in fact, it arrived the day of their reply!!!
I would like it if Viral Style would send out an order confirmation and updates as to when items are shippedBut I was pleased with my overall experience and would order from them again

My hold time was moderate, and soon as the rep came on the line he was both helpful and knowledgeableIt took him no time at all to find my order He was very proactive in helping me find another campaign that had the style shirt I was looking to orderHis thoroughness in verifying the details of my order really helped me to avoid receiving the wrong shirt
Overall, great experience and I would definitely order again!!!

I am a member of the United States Military and currently OverseasI saw a shirt I liked and ordered it, but there wasn't an option for an APOSo I had it shipped to my father's house back in the states so he could send it to meWhen the tracking codes said it was delivered I informed my father, to which he said it wasn't deliveredI waited a week to see if it was just a mess up in the system to which no luck, still no packageI assumed it was stolenI emailed for support and Preston MrepliedI cannot begin to express my appreciation for all he has done! It sometimes gets very frustrating not being able to get in contact with companies through email or not being able to ship directly to hereBut Preston was absolutely a model of customer service (CS) and was constently helpful and on top of the situationHe was able to get in another order for me and have it be shipped to my base(Made order on 5/12/15) Thank you so much Preston! I wish more people in CS was like you!
