Hello,We reviewed the customer complaint and its unfortunate that this happened to this customer and is a scam about refunds going on by someone pretending to be Vtech and trying to scam themWe have updated our website notifying customers about this and always telling in our replies to customers
that they should not give any personal or financial information to any person pretending to be Vtech to protect themselvesWe advice to contact the financial institution immediately and get their money back asapWe have no other knowledge of this matter.Regards,Vtech

Vtech also blocked my email account, so I could not access my account until I had my service provider reset it for me. I have also filed a internet cyber complaint with the FBI. I am afraid to use my hacked computer as I still feel Vtech has access, and will cause further damage. I will have to pay a legitimate computer technician to remove all of Vtechs programs, files, etc before I can use that computer again. Please warn others about this company's illegal practices

To Whom It May Concern at V-Tech Software Solution, Inc, I still you commented Fraud and attempted to take advantage of me and miss lead me so I would pay you the fee you wanted from the supposed hacking of my computer I saw on the TV just today were they described a computer scam just like what happen with me and that for the public to be aware of these companies or people as they were trying to commit fraud and get money out of people You stated that you have void my having to pay you and that I agreed cancel my compliant with Revdex.com in a conversation I had with a staff person ***, but you just called me on May 7th trying to collect funds from for the money I didn't pay you after talking with the Revdex.com and finding out what type of company you where and I never said during this one conversation anything about dropping anything with the Revdex.com, I said I would wait to hear from them and I was not paying for the reason given not because you would void the payment. I also sent you a legal form from Kansas legal aid The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act U.S.C1692c, which stated you were not to contact me by telephone or mail and on 03/09/and you still called me I just want all my info that you got from me and any you go off my computer deleted permanently and not to be contacted by phone, email, regular mail or any other way and Drop the matter of payment as you said you did.
