It is difficult for me to believe that the company vtechsolutions is being 'scammed' by scamming me? The caller identified themselves as from V Tech Geeks, and I can't see how they would know that I was a V Tech customer when making the call? I am questioning if indeed it is a scam, they are looking like a 'double agent'; doing the scam and claiming it is someone else to get out of the original lifetime agreement

Vtech also blocked? my email account, so I could not access my account until I had my service provider reset it for me.? I have also filed a internet? cyber complaint with the FBI.? I am afraid to use my hacked computer as I still feel Vtech has access, and will cause further damage.? I will have to pay a legitimate computer technician to remove all of Vtechs programs, files, etc? before I can use that computer again.? ? ? Please warn others about this company's illegal practices

Per our discussion, VTech contacted me and negotiated a resolution in the amount of $This was on April 11, 2016.Since that time, I have not heard from them, therefore I request that you reopen the complaint
