satisfied. This is the reason why you were getting the feedback calls from our side. It was not to absolve anything wrong but just to ensure that everything is working fine and you are happy.We have a 3-strike feedback policy which means we only capture your payment once you confirm you are happy. And since we were not able to reach the 3rd time as we got your voicemail. We have actually not captured the payment. It is still in Authorized state with us.So you dont need to worry about being scammed at all with us. As far as the marketing and advertising is concerned, we get our customers from normal [redacted] search and affiliate marketing networks. If you have received the issue of a forced campaign. We will report this back to our internet marketing vendor and would ask to stop such practise. Since you are not absolutely happy with our services, I am issuing a refund from our side. Please find the receipt attached here.

It is difficult for me to believe that the company vtechsolutions is being 'scammed' by scamming me.  The caller identified themselves as from V Tech Geeks, and I can't see how they would know that I was a V Tech customer when making the call.  I am questioning if indeed it is a scam, they are looking like a 'double agent'; doing the scam and claiming it is someone else to get out of the original lifetime agreement.

Dear [redacted],With reference to our previous communication, we issues you a refund for the partial amount needed by you. However we have noticed that you have already disputed all the charges via your bank and we have got a chargeback in our account. Now we dont have any funds from your side as you would have received both amounts via your bank. As far as the $1500 scam is concerned, it was not us. Neither you would have got a call from our number [redacted], nor we ever ask for any payment via [redacted] or [redacted]. This is a clear disclaimer on our website and the same was shared with you on your invoice and via email notification from our side.We clearly inform all our customers verbally and in written form to not to entertain any call if it is not coming from [redacted]. Sub: Response to Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] w/o [redacted], reached out to us for technical help with herPersonal computer on 22nd April 2016. We resolved the issue and alsoprovided a support plan to cover future ** related issues, Since customer later showed her dissatisfaction over this issue, we promiseda refund of the fees charged. We issued a check for refund. However werealized that the previous check has not reached the customer, hence we are cancelling the previous check and issuing a new one (Copy Enclosed). I would like to re-open complaint ID [redacted]. The response Vtech gave was, they would not process the charge, or give me a full refund. They processed the charge and I did not receive a refund. I want them to make good on their promise. I would like a full refund of $269.
