I did access your site via email. I opened an email from someone who previously had sent me pictures. In her current email was a link that said "pictures". When I clicked on "pictures" expecting to actually see pictures from her, your flashing notice stating that my computer had numerous viruses appeared with the message that I should immediately call your phone number to get rid of the viruses. I saved the email and can forward it to the Revdex.com if needed.Initially I agreed to settle for the $refund you offered but after thinking about this settlement I questioned why I should pay anything since my computer was working fine until I got your "repairs".I don't understand why you are surprised that I didn't contact you again. You put viruses on my computer! You also put more than unknown people in my contact list. I thought I could be getting set up for identity theft. The person who actually did repair my computer had repaired another computer for me in the past. He did not convince me that you were scamming me. I figured that out before I contacted him.If you recall you called me on 3/1/after receiving my complaint. You told me you would refund the other $if I withdrew my complaint. The Revdex.com does not allow complaints to be withdrawn and I asked you to respond via the Revdex.com. You did, but also withdrew your offer to refund the $100. It appears that you were trying to bribe me.I would like the $you offered me on 3/to be refunded. It also would be nice if you would give me the $I had to spend to correct what you did to my computer

Hi Ms***, It seems like you are not understanding our response hereAnd you are taking steps our of overreaction to the issue.1) We have voided your payment and not refundedThere is a difference in these thingsYou can check this with your bankVoid means that We have not charged you at all in the first placeI have already shared the "Void Receipt" with you and you can get it verified it as well.2)We have not and we cannot block your email accountEmail accounts are a part of third party application and nobody can have its access even if you give a remote control of your computerThere could have been some technical issue from your sideFor which we would have appreciated if you called us to get it resolvedWe would have loved to sort it outInstead you went to some other technician, who would have certainly given you some story to make his moneyIn-fact if the Email account is blocked then we cannot even close the sale, since the final step of E-sign happens only through emailSo blocking your email account is completely fake allegation.3) We only got access of your computer once after your due permission over the phone ( And We have a call recording for that )We look remote access of your computer to resolve the technical issue at your end and help you outWe have not used any unethical tool to get in your systemThis was done by licensed "***" ApplicationNow we cannot access your computer again till you permitThats how "***" worksYou can verify this with your trusted technician there.4) We have not installed any illegitimate application on your computer for which you need to be afraid ofOnly applications installed on your system were simple tools like Ccleaner, Malwarebytes, etcThese tools help to improve the performance of your computerThey are not scam toolsI have personally checked the Call logs and recordings to ensure what I am writing hereMy associate was very clear and polite with you and completed all the steps before you confirmed that your computer is working fine.5) I hope you will appreciate that a scam Organization does not make any effort in refunding your money or answering you backI hope you understand the difference in our approachTo clear your doubts I would like to invite you to visit our Revdex.com Reviews page and Reseller Ratings Review pageThey are full of 100s of positive customer feedbackMs***, we understand that asking for your money back is one thing, but what you are doing here by putting rebuttal with Revdex.com is maligning our Business image in marketAnd we feel that we deserve better than this.I hope my response through some light on the facts and help you to see us in better light. [We were contacted by this company 8/22/16, we were on the phone with them for over hoursThey said they had to go into my husband's computer to remove whatever was installedWe let them do thisThe first person we spoke to said that they would be refunding us the + the + the (a fee that was put on a different credit card)I explained to him that we had received information that a check was going to be issued for the We were informed that they do not issue checks as everything is done as online bankingThen he had me login to my banking account online on husband's computerThen the rep turned us over to a Senior Accounting person, *** ***He said he would put dollars in our account by online bankingApparently they were logged into my account, because he said write down your balance and I will move to youHowever, he moved dollars into my accountWhen I told *** *** that he had put too much in thereHe wanted me to leave my job right then and go to Walmart to send a money gram to him or the company for the extra dollars that he had just put in my accountBoth my husband and I saw the in our account as it was listed under ***I told *** I did not get off until 5:pm CST and I would have to go to the bank to get the moneyHe said not to tell the bank what I was doing as they would charge the company enormous feesHe said he would call back around 5:pmThe we hung upI didn't feel good about thisI checked my bank online on a different computer and the had been removedI am very upsetI have removed all the money from my account and will be reopening a new accountI don't know who these people are, but this will never never happen againI would like for them to overnight me a certified check for dollars to *** ***, in care of *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and they can keep the I don't know what they installed on my husband's computer, but I myself think it was sometime of spyware or malwarePlease let me know what the outcome is on this. To Whom It May Concern at V-Tech Software Solution, Inc, I still you commented Fraud and attempted to take advantage of me and miss lead me so I would pay you the fee you wanted from the supposed hacking of my computer I saw on the TV just today were they described a computer scam just like what happen with me and that for the public to be aware of these companies or people as they were trying to commit fraud and get money out of people You stated that you have void my having to pay you and that I agreed cancel my compliant with Revdex.com in a conversation I had with a staff person ***, but you just called me on May 7th trying to collect funds from for the money I didn't pay you after talking with the Revdex.com and finding out what type of company you where and I never said during this one conversation anything about dropping anything with the Revdex.com, I said I would wait to hear from them and I was not paying for the reason given not because you would void the payment. I also sent you a legal form from Kansas legal aid The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act U.S.C1692c, which stated you were not to contact me by telephone or mail and on 03/09/and you still called me I just want all my info that you got from me and any you go off my computer deleted permanently and not to be contacted by phone, email, regular mail or any other way and Drop the matter of payment as you said you did.
