Regards,
[redacted]
I contacted you a few months or so ago about Wall and Associates and how they don't return phone calls and I feel as if I am being strung along with my case. I was informed that Wall and Associates contacted you, the Revdex.com and told you the case has been resolved. I am writing to tell you THIS IS NOT TRUE! My tax problem is still on going and it's been on going for over a year now. My original complaint # is [redacted]. I am not happy.

We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed
against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to [redacted]. **
[redacted] sought out and hired our services in April of 2013 for administrative tax
representation. Our office will attempt to address any concerns that [redacted]
has in this response since we did indicate that she did not wish to speak with
our office. The IRS requires original signatures on offer documents that are
supplied as part of an ongoing resolution to any case. [redacted] case was no exception
and original ink signatures were required in order to submit her Offer-In-Compromise
to the IRS. We have reviewed her file and do not see that the signed offer documents
were returned to our office. Our office has had the case team assigned to [redacted] case
prepare a case summary detailing the actions and events that took place on her
case. This has been enclosed for [redacted] reference and review. We apologize for any inconvenience that might have been
caused to [redacted] during her time with our office. Wall & Associates, Inc.
specializes in resolving tax controversies and that is what we are the most
successful at doing. Our office only wants to aid our clients in determining the
absolute best resolution for their case and putting that plan into action.I would like to once again request [redacted] to reach out to
our office so that we many speak with her in regards to her concerns and work
out a mutually beneficial arrangement that would see her case completed in the
most expedient manner possible or to discuss any terms related to any type of
refund. If you require any further information, please contact our
office. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.

RE: Ms. [redacted]., Revdex.com Case#: [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted], We are writing in response...

to the recent complaint filed against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] sought out and hired our services in March of2016 for administrative tax representation. Ms. [redacted] hired our company in connection with an outstanding tax balance for the 2015 tax year. Ms. [redacted] was a client of Wall & Associates, Inc. for around 28 days and did not provide the case team an adequate opportunity to address her tax controversy. A lot of work goes into preparing a case file and setting it up for a successful resolution. This requires the skills and competencies of a variety of people within our office and the initial fee is intended to offset this additional amount of work. The initial fee for a case is paid with the understanding that this will remunerate Wall & Associates, Inc. for the initial work on a case. Ms. [redacted] was with us for a total of 28 days and the same amount of work that goes into any case went into hers as well. In her complaint Ms. [redacted] states our company, did nothing, but this could not be further from the truth. During the 28 days she was a client of Wall & Associates, Inc. our office had already established ourselves as representing her before the IRS and the IRS was contacted to discuss her account. Furthermore, several calls were placed to Ms. [redacted] in order to determine her current financial situation, including a call on March 23, 2016 to do a complete review of her financial situation. Wall & Associates, Inc. is not a fraud and we work very hard to ensure our clients receive fair and competent representation before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Our office is more than willing to continue an open channel of communication with Ms. [redacted] and would like nothing more than to represent her before the IRS regarding her tax controversy. If you require any further information, please contact our office. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter. Sincerely, Wall & Associates, Inc

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Let me recap their response for you:10/6/14 - phone call to the IRS10/9/14 - letter to the IRS stating that I did not agree with their findings11/24/14 - reviewed case plan with me.  This never happened.  As I show in the attached files I have repeatedly requested a written plan of attack to resolve my case which I never received.2/20/15 - phone call to the IRS.  The IRS said their system was having difficulties.2/23/15 - Second letter to the IRS, merely repeating the previous letter3/18/15 - Formal request to put my account in non-collectible status.  I have no record of this and they did not provide a copy of it in their response.4/17/15 - Third letter to the IRS - simply mailed copies of my receipts. In eleven months of "hard work" on my behalf they made two phone calls and mailed three one page letters that I could have done myself. The results:  I owe the IRS the full amount they claimed on the Letter of Deficiency on my 2011 taxes.  I am no longer able to dispute this because Wall and Associates missed the deadline for filing a petition. I am now being audited for 2012 also.  I sent the correspondence and my tax return regarding that year to Wall and Associates.  They never sent a written response to the IRS for the 2012 audit because they said "it was not needed".My entire 2014 federal tax refund was taken from me by the IRS.They now state they want to continue to work on my case and resolve it for me.  Due to their incompetence and inactivity I do not believe they can.  They said they are not lawyers and only provide administrative services.  When I met with their salesman [redacted] and we discussed my case he said I did not need an attorney.  He said Wall and Associates would resolve my 2011 audit issue and also prevent this same issue from being a problem in future tax years.I cannot afford to pay them $350 per month ad infinitum without a workable plan and with absolutely no positive results.  They have had their chance and done nothing.  I demand a full refund.

I am writing to file a second complaint against Walls & Associates for failure to perform due diligence on my behalf concerning the resolution of my tax issue. I am in a worse state than when I initially contacted the agency. Since hiring them to represent me in both my state and federal tax matters my drivers license has been suspended with no warning from Walls or the state being that Walls was their contact person not myself directly. I have received a copy of correspondence made on my behalf which mostly included phone calls without material advocacy. Most of those conversations were with me. I feel Walls babysitted my case to collect the most out of me monetary wise without producing any tangible results on my behalf. I was initially told that my case would cost $[redacted] and take approximately six months to resolve. There has not been one single benefit that I have obtained or one ounce of progress made on my behalf in resolving my tax matters. I am now handling the case by myself with the help of a family friend who is a tax consultant. In one day we made more progress and got more answers than the nearly year's time Walls and Associates have been [redacted] around and collecting my hard sacrificed funds in the meantime. They have come across to me as an agency you have to threaten or nearly insult to get updates on the progress of your case. Being that this is a completely new area of matters for me I was at first unaware of how to guage the difficulty in which it was to get answers from the state of [redacted] or the Federal government. Now that I am receiving help from a professional who is exercising due diligence it is much easier to see that I've been hoodwinked. Walls & Associates is not an outright scam because they do just enough philandering to cover their own behinds. However it is clear that there in the business to make money more than provide a decent service. I would like to warn every consumer to proceed with caution in dealing with them.I would like Walls and Associates to provide a refund or at the very least resolve my remaining debt with them since there has been no tangible results received on my behalf. I would also like the Revdex.com to keep my complaint visible to anyone who researches Walls and Associates before hiring them.

Revdex.com Case#: [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] sought out and hired our services in November of 2015 for administrative tax resolution services.Ms. [redacted] raises several concerns in her complaint that our office will hope to address. The primary concerns she lists appear to be a lack of communication on our part and the fact that no perceivable progress has occurred on her case.In reviewing her case we can confirm that the case team assigned to her case has been in contact with the [redacted] and [redacted] in response to the concerns she has raised about her driver's license. We are currently working to get it reinstated and do apologize for any associated delays in doing so. Our office spoke, most recently, with both [redacted] and [redacted] for Ms. [redacted] on November 2, 2016. Our office has supplied the [redacted] with financial information that will hopefully work to resolve the ongoing license seizure and prove an inability to repay. In addressing Ms. [redacted] ongoing concerns about a lack of communication on our part we have notified the team handling her case to contact Ms. [redacted] and her mother [redacted] and schedule continuing update phone calls with the both of them. Finally, in reviewing this case our office has not made any errors in casework and are consequently unable to offer a refund at this time; however, our office works with clients extensively on resolving any billing concerns they might have. We do this to ensure that our services are both fair and reasonable in price. We encourage Mr. [redacted] to reach out to our office directly to discuss these matters. If you require any further information, please contact our office. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.Sincerely,Wall & Associates, Inc.By: Brandon G[redacted]

If your company is so concerned with pleasing their clients they would agree to refund my money.  How many future customers would like to go through what I have been through? How many clients or future clients would look at this as a favorable experience? My reason for stopping payment at certain times throughout the tenure was because of my frustration with the lack of progress on my case. I am now working with the Irs on my own this is exactly what I paid you the money to do!  When I visited the local IS office they were quite frustrated with the lack of continuity with tax resolution.  I am currently working with them to resolve my tax issues and I guarantee that this will be resolved before the end of 2015. FEBRUARY 2016 would be 5 years with WALL!I am sure if you look through the files you will see that I contacted you many times throughout the tenure frustrated and upset to the point of tears with what was going on.Ii finally reached the point where I just couldn't do it anymore. ..or afford to continue.I feel that what you did for me is not worth $15,000!!!I  will continue to work with the IRS. on my behalf.  If anything. .you keep the $300 for all your hard work and refund me the rest of my  money. Added note: The person I met with was indeed the vice president of Sales for Wall in this region.  HE WAS ON LINKEDIN and I recognized him.

They have not provided any positive results for me in any discernible way.  They now claim that they told me they could not file a petition on my behalf but never bothered to advise me that filing a petition was the proper procedure in my case.  They advertise themselves as tax professionals but they are not.  It would be more accurate to describe them as "making excuses after the fact for lack of results" professionals. If they do not refund my money by 9/18/15 I will take them to court and sue them for malpractice.

We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to Mr. [redacted]. He sought out and hired our services in June of 2017 for administrative tax representation. Our office is in receipt of the one sentence complaint raising concerns...

in relation to the amount the client has paid us to date and the amount he owes the IRS. Our office has reached out to this client and addressed his concerns. We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed
against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to [redacted].
[redacted] sought out and hired our services in April of 2011 for administrative
tax representation. This client brings up several concerns in his complaint...

that
we would like to address. In reviewing this account it is important to keep in
mind that the resolution of a tax matter is a two sided affair. Our office can
help almost any taxpayer, but that taxpayer must provide our office information
in a reasonable and timely manner. Furthermore, it is important to note that
tax filing compliance must be obtained prior to a successful resolution. This client hired Wall & Associates, Inc. for administrative
tax representation services covering a number of years. Our office early in
this year set the expectation that he would need to provide our office copies
of the 2011 and 2015 tax returns because the IRS and state were showing them as
unfiled. Furthermore, we explained these returns would need to be filed. Our office
first addressed this matter with the client on April 2, 2016 and he informed us
2011 was filed and 2015 should be filed within the next 30 days. Our office
received these returns in October of 2016 after many months of being told the
returns would be prepared and sent to us. The 2011 return as of March 6, 2017
was still being showed as unfiled.Furthermore, our office mailed this client several letters
dated April 15, May 27, June 22, and November 11, 2016 requesting pertinent financial
information. The first receipt of any such information is notated in the
account as being received in December of 2016 only after receiving the first
[redacted] levy notification. Our office spoke with the client regarding the first
levy on November 16. Our office spoke with the state that same day and they informed
us of the information that would be needed to release the levy. Our office,
that same day relayed this information to the client. A subsequent call took
place on the 17th of November requesting the information. A further
follow up call, requesting the same information, was made on December 8, 2016
and the client informed us that he would have it to us the next day. We did
receive the bank account statements, but none of the other pertinent financial information
we needed to work on the levy. When filed those returns showed balances of a
substantial nature. Our office did inform the client of the need to make Federal
Tax Deposits and/or Estimated Tax Payment to bring him into compliance so that a
successful case resolution could be achieved. This client brings up concerns related to an installment
agreement. In April of 2017 after confirming his filing compliance, but not payment
compliance, his case team conducted a thorough review of his financial situation
and did not make the determination that an installment agreement may be in his
best interest. Our office is quick to point out that substantial changes to
income or significant offer planning strategies can take place to make an Offer
in Compromise an acceptable solution. This client alleges he could have setup
an installment. In fact this client could not have setup an installment
agreement without the help of Wall & Associates, Inc. his continued noncompliance
with filing and payment obligations would have caused the IRS and state to
reject any such request prior to our involvement and assistance. Finally, this client states that we failed to offer a
satisfactory resolution. Despite none of the delays on this case being
attributable to our company, Wall & Associates, contacted this client and
offered to waive a set number of the monthly fees that this client was
contractually obligated to pay. We did this as a customer service gesture to
ensure we could have the account closed out without him making additional
payments to us and so we could ensure collection action had completely ceased. This
client rejected what was a more-than-fair offer.Wall & Associates, Inc. remains committed to working
with our clients. In review of this case our office is unable to grant a refund
for services we have performed. We considered this response to be full and
complete to the best of our knowledge and we stand behind the work we
performed. If this client would like to speak with someone about additional questions
or concerns he has he may contact our office at his convenience. If you require any further information, please contact our
office. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.

Do not use this scamming company. I could see right off the start what they were up to when they missed the deadline for an appeal. Delays, that's what their after so they can keep charging their monthly fee's, leaving the client to believe they are actually working on your case. When they missed the appeal date, I fired them, now I'm trying to get my $3000.00 back since they had done nothing to earn it, but they refused. I have disputed the credit card charge and in the process of starting a small claims case against them which could take some time. After giving wall and associates the boot, I negotiated my $42000.00 tax issue down to $28000.00 and had it paid within three business days. AGAIN, BE CAUTION OF WALL AND ASSOCIATES

Their trying to resolve issues with the IRS could absolutely go on forever. They charge $350 a month & $2000 up front to even start working for you. My case wasn't even that complicated & I quit after a year b/c couldn't keep up with the fees. Don't really think for what they charge it was worth the hassle. The IRS also is slow as Christmas getting anything done!

Dear Ms. [redacted], We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed against our company regarding the  fees paid and services rendered to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] Our office has been in contact with Ms. [redacted]. Our office did offer Ms.  [redacted] a partial refund in order to satisfactorily settle this complaint. We offered this  refund not as an admission of any errors on her case, but in order to resolve her concerns in a manner that would see both sides satisfied. Ms. [redacted] did decline that partial refund offer.  Our office, of course, remains open to discussing any ongoing concerns with Ms.  [redacted] and we remain open to 'honoring our partial refund offer should she decide to accept  it. If you require any further information, please contact our office. Thank you for your time  and assistance with this matter. By: Brandon G[redacted]

My experience with Wall & Associates has been very positive. My IRS bill was in excess of $150,000 and Wall & Associates was able to settle for less than 28,000.
During the sales process they were very professional and up front about the cost and amount of time it would take to complete the process.
I feel it only fair to add that I asked for Wall & Associates to advise me on the best way to resolve the liability and I followed their advice. I submitted every piece of information they required as quickly as possible. If you are willing to do the same then I would recommend hiring them. If not, then I wouldn't hire anyone because, unless you are willing to take the advice of professionals, why bother hiring them.

Hi [redacted]

Wall & associates still has not sent me the contract they had me sign. My lawyer wants to look it over. Is there anyway you can put a fire under them to send it?

300Richmond, VA 23236RE:  [redacted]; Revdex.com Case#:  [redacted]To Whom It May Concern,We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] sought out and hired our services in December of 2013 for administrative tax representation. In reviewing Mr. [redacted] complaint there are several issues our office would like to address. Mr. [redacted] himself does state in his complaint that part of the debt was cleared due to the efforts of Wall & Associates, Inc. and then subsequently states that no resolution has been achieved. These two statements are in conflict with one another. The tax issue cleared was in relation to his wife and our office was able to successfully negotiate an [redacted] Offer in Compromise on her behalf. The fact of the matter is that Mr. [redacted] tax matters compromise a number of tax types, tax years, and specific individuals. The total liability is in excess of [redacted] and involves business balances. Our office does attempt to clear our client's tax matters in as rapid a manner as possible; however, tax issues that take years to generate can, in some cases, take years to resolve.Mr. [redacted] himself states that our office did agree to offer a slight reprieve in regards to his payments. Wall & Associates, Inc. agreed to waive a number of monthly fees that we were entitled to for remuneration in addressing his tax controversy. Mr. [redacted] subsequently states that this consideration was not offered a second time and that is accurate. Billing considerations are reviewed independently from one another and if it is determined that work is required on a case our office cannot normally authorize the waiving of fees on a case. Our office is open to working with our clients and are always willing to review billing concerns, but we cannot waive fees on request. In reviewing the administrative tax controversy agreement that Mr. [redacted] signed our office does not see where a set fee cap was ever put in place. Should Mr. [redacted] have proof indicating otherwise we respectfully request that he forward it to our office so that we can immediately get this billing issue resolved.
Finally, Mr. [redacted] brings up issues related to the individuals and teams working his case. In some cases it is necessary to modify the existing members of a case team or move one client from one team to another. This is done to ensure that all of our clients are receiving the attention they deserve. We don't want one team to get too many clients. If Mr. [redacted] has significant concerns related to the change implemented the simplest solution is to request to speak to one individual or to remain with one team. Such a request would easily be granted.Mr. [redacted] is currently with our Client Services Group to examine possible future billing considerations and to see if we can work with him in regards to the monthly fees currently owed. The filing of third party complaints can in some cases prevent us from being able to offer further billing considerations so it is very important that clients with concerns allow our office to review their case prior to doing this. In many cases our office is very flexible in regards to working with our clients. If you require any further information, please contact our office. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.Sincerely,Wall & Associates, Inc.By: Brandon G[redacted], Quality Assurance Manager
