THIS MAN IS A CON, I AM GOING TO CALL THE FBI, HE STOLE MY MONEY AND MY MOTHERS MONEY SHE IS YEARS OF AGE,HE HAS ABOUT DIFFERENT CORPORATIONS IN SUNBIZ WITH DIFFERENT MIDDLE NAMES, TRUST ME HE IS THE ONLY *** IN THE BOOK, PERUVIAN CON ARTIST TOOK 3,FOR A DEPOSIT TO DO FLOORS IN A HOUSE I WAS BUYING, FROM MY MOTHER CASHI HAVE RECEIPT HE NEVER DID THE SERVICE, I ASKED FOR MONEY BACK AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE IT.HE HAD US GOING ALL OVER FLORIDA TO GET HERE AND THERE FOR MONTH NOW, HE ADMITTED TO MY HUSBAND HE HAD TO DO THIS WITH ALL HIS CLIENTS TO BUY AN APARTMENT NOW HE DOESN'T ANSWER AND STILL OWES US MONEY AND HE HAS THREATEN ME ON THE PHONE, I DON'T WANT HIM TO HURT ANYONE ELSE SPECIALLY OLD LADIES LIKE MY MOM.PLEASE HELP ME PUT THIS CON AWAY EVEN IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK

Auction Direct did provide a response, mistakenly addressing the wrong customer

Overall the best lawn care business I have hadCustomer service is top notch and the lawn care has been excellent

I have reviewed Mrs***'s complaint. I am sorry that someone here told her she would have her refund that quick. The refund comes from a 3rd party warranty company not Auction Direct and that process normally takes between 6-weeks. We received the refund check here on February
8th. At that time we have to verify with the lender if there is any balance still owed on the car if there is then the refund goes back to the Lender not directly to the customer. We just got our confirmation on Wednesday February 10th that there is no balance owed. The refund check will be going out to Mrs*** no later then Friday February 12th. I would love to know what numbers Mrs*** called from so I could track who she may have left a message for. Since all of our calls are recorded and electronically tracked I could find out if and where our communication break down occurred. I apologize for us not giving Mrs*** accurate information to start with that would have avoided this problem for all parties involved. If for some reason Mrs*** does not receive the refund but the middle to end of next week I hope she will contact me directlyThank youAlan FGeneral Manager

We call or text each customer the day before we come out to do any of the applicationsWe do this so that if a customer would like to reschedule or cancel a service they have the option toWe also note the date and time along with what happened on the call on the customers paperworkLooking back at this clients paperwork we called him on 4/10/at 7:30pm and talked to himThis was before the first application was even doneIf the customer did not want the service any longer then he could have said so and not said it was fine to doI also have an e-mail from the customer from 5/22/with his cca information on it because the card that we had on fine was coming back as being declined and after several calls to him with no answer we e-mailed him as well as send him an invoiceIn the e-mail he claims that the card we had on file was not the card that he sent in for this season (which it was) and that after this year he would not longer be a customer because he was not happy with the customer service ( I am not sure what he was unhappy about) Then we received a call not to charge the account that he had give us and we did not so this customer still has an out standing balance with usWe have made our last attempt to collect on this account and it will now be turned over to our collection departmentI will be more then happy to fordward this e-mail on you you if you would like it.

The person who wrote the response to this complaint is unfortunately, a pure liar We recorder the calls that we made to them and there was certainly no swearing involved, on our part that is We are happy to forward you a copy of these recordings I cannot make this any more clear A pushy salesmen showed up, we told him to send us information on the chemicals so we could research them as well as the company which we had NO intention of doing business with, we just wanted the pushy salesmen gone A few days after that They treated our lawn when we were not home and did not want it done, never ordered anything, never signed ANYTHING, and on top of it,was never even offered the pricing It is not my fault that you do not know how to run a business Generally speaking, most businesses tell clients what they are offering, give them prices and they enter into a contract Unfortunately, you have not figured that out yet Do not expect to ever get paid when you perform services for someone that they absolutely do not want and did not order You will save a lot of hassleI am contacting the attorney general, rip off report, and every forum I can find I am going to also put up a website which will be right next to them in the search engines to hopefully educate other consumers to stay away from this scam company that thinks that they can just "treat & bill" consumers This is obviously not the only complaint that the Revdex.com has gotten about this company doing this as your records show and they are all over google as well with complaints I want the "bill" eliminated and it removed from the collection agency or I will pursue every avenue at my disposal until it is rectified I have reached out to a friend at channel about this and he is looking into starting an investigation seeing the time of year it is - he thinks it may go a long way in preventing this scam in the future for other home owners right around the time that they start preying on other home owners Please let me know if you would like to hear the recorded phone calls, I would be happy to send them to you They will be displayed on the webpage we are building to let others hear the way that they talk to people. It is 8/2/and I still have not received the check from auction direct that was supposed to be sent out last week I want to schedule the alignment to be done but waiting on them and on top of it all he has both of my numbers I left him voicemails with them back in June and never got any calls from him also showed the last message Allen sent to the Revdex.com to my mechanic and he said wow he never said that about my truck anyways I'm just waiting for the check so I can get the alignment done correctly like they should have so I can be done with this place Thanks

As promised the check was mailed out to *** on Friday which was as promised done the same week. I would like this to end just as much as *** does trust me. For the record I have received NO calls from *** this week and can provide our call logs if you like prove. Again the check left Auction Direct on Friday as promised. Thank you. Alan F

Sending letters to a customer does not entitle a business to then force the service upon the customer Notably, nobody from the company spoke with me Unanswered phone calls and mail do not establish consent or an agreement/contract This is illegal This is deceptive On the company's logic, a person can become a forced customer simply by not answering his/her phone and having a mailing address. This company is dishonest They will never be able to collect fees from me I have already, under state and federal law, demanded they cease and desist all communications. Revdex.com:I am not sure why this customer is so upset with Auction Direct but let me tell you what has transpired. This car was purchased September 2nd 2013. The DMV flagged this title as part of a routine check they do. We were just made aware of this situation YESTERDAY and
we handled on the customers behalf. We talked to the Title Bureau and the DMV is issuing a new Title today. We also spoke to a *** *** today and explained everything to him Mr*** identified himself as *** ***s wife.. Let me make this clear this is NOT a failure of Auction Direct but we did rectify the situation ASAP. We are using Weed Man Lawn Care for years for multiple houses and our yards look beautiful

We left messages on the supposed to be the Title guy at your place and when my husband called yesterday he asked for the manager right awayThat's why we heard from this peopleI will be glad to see my title since I traded that car to a reliable car dealershipI just hope when people left message on your phone voice mail, you will respond to it, not ignore it until this thing happenedI will be glad not to do business with this people and will continue to tell my friends and family, co workers not to do business with this people

I have reviewed the below complaint and would like to respond. Windhield's are routinely repaired by companies on a daily basis. We use an outside vendor who will tell us when a Windshield is beyond repair then we replace. Any of your major national vendors actually fill
windshields on a daily basis. We also fully disclosed to the *** that our intention was to fix the chip in the windshield which is evident in the "We Owe" signed by the customer which I have attached to this response as well. With all of that said if the *** can bring the car into us and show us where the repair is not holding I would replace the windshield for them. Again our vendor will let us know when a repair cannot be done this was NOT the case on this particular car. I will have my Service manager call them on Tuesday August 9th to set up a time for the Windshield to be reevaluated
