I am really disappointed on them since they being not honest with us in all even they never give me that statement for this 114 dollars later on after paid off as out of blue its full of crap seriouisly... since payments with 2041 dollars with 2nd treatment $478 dollars with down payment twice on both treatments and increased my payments even add few more months to 2 years to pay off since everything is paid in full as last payment was 103 dollars on January 2014 as they said I dont owe anything since I kept checking online every time after paid the payments all the times its impossible I dont miss any payments in all over 2 years to pay off the balance. IMPOSSIBLE to MISS any. I am disagreed on this. UGH. THey went 114 dollars to credit report without my knowledge without any warnings ...Even I did reported this to Credit Bureu agencies 3 of them and disputed it and The Credit rep told me they took care of it invegation all the issues then accepted my dispute then dismissed this 2 negative balances from Western Dental services. They knew they are wrong , need to stop harrasment for send me bills its all OVER now. They have to move on and let me go and leave me alone. dont ever go to credit report again or I will sue them for harassment. Regards, [redacted] ***

Western Dental Services, Inc("WDS") is in receipt of the Revdex.com's inquiry regarding this case.Upon review of account it was determined that WDS had numerous payment plans scheduled with patient to assist in bringing account current Unfortunately due to default from patient the payment plans are no longer valid Patient was also contacted numerous times by our payment department to assist patient in bringing account current Multiple times patient disconnected the calls or used profanity while speaking with a representative On 4/20/a supervisor talked to the patient and offered to work with her on removing the late fees if a new payment plan can be arranged Patient informed supervisor that she was not able to pay anything and that she would contact WDS when she gets income There has been no contact from patient since 4/20/ Due to default on the account the account is no longer with WDS, it has been assigned to a 3rd party collection agency Patient would need to contact HP Sears at [redacted] to arrange a payment plan to pay off account balance Western Dental sincerely apologizes for any dissatisfaction and any inconvenience that this matter may have caused patient

Sulcular Irrigation was NOT completed on 9/4/14, I have talked to the Orthodontist and" looked it up on [redacted] to make sure there is no mistake on what procedure I am talking about. They may have had it scheduled, but they did not do it. Every visit to Western dental's office is a nightmare, they schedule me for one thing and then do another or do nothing once I arrive. Many times they would schedule me to do something only to refer me out to a specialists once I got taken back to the chair. As I stated before, on 9/4/2014 I went to have the post prep done after returning from the specialist for a root canal, I waited to be taken back, and then waited about 15 minutes before the doctor even saw me, the office was busy. I was numbed up and then left to sit there for 30-45 minutes, perhaps longer. The doctor was doing a fitting on a man (trucker) behind me and to the right who had all of his teeth extracted. The doctor had to num me completely again just to get started, after that he turned me over to an assistant, one who had little to no experience in doing temporary crowns. She did a good job, but it took a long, long time to complete, after that I left and went to get a yogurt across the street before going home. I have no problem paying for work competed, this was not. I did not provide Western Dental a link when they called because I was out of the office and on my cell phone, and they could easily " [redacted] " Sulcular Irrigation themselves. In fact all anyone has to do is [redacted] "western dental fraud" to understand the business practices of this company and how they operate. Western Dental Services, Inc("WDS") is in receipt of the Revdex.com's inquiry regarding this case.On 11/15/when patient first presented to the office insurance benefits were verified Documents show that on 11/15/insurance company confirmed that Fluoride Treatment (D1208) was a covered benefit with no age limit Also on 11/15/Full Mouth X-Rays (D0210) were performed and insurance company denied payment due to frequency limitations Patient was presented with a contract based on insurance verification, please note that verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment until the insurance company processes claim Please see attached patient estimator worksheetin estimator worksheet patient is made aware that insurance benefits are estimated and actual insurance benefits and patient share may be different Patient is responsible for payment for all services On 6/19/when patient returned to the office insurance benefits were again verified Documents show that on 6/19/office received confirmation that fluoride treatment (D1208) is only a covered benefit up to the age of years old The office inadvertently entered fluoride treatment as a covered benefit Since it was confirmed on 6/19/that fluoride is not a covered benefit WDS will not charge patient for fluoride treatment completed in An adjustment of $will be made to the account Patient will remain financially responsible for fluoride treatment performed on 11/16/for $and Full Mouth X-Rays $ Patient remaining balance is $79.75.00Western Dental sincerely apologizes for any dissatisfaction and any inconvenience that this matter may have caused patient

Western Dental Services, Inc("WDS") is in receipt of the Revdex.com's inquiry regarding this case.Patient presented for a evaluation at the general dentistry at WDS Her primary concern was the condition and function of her existing upper and lower complete dentures Following the review of her medical history, a panoramic radiograph was taken and an examination performed Recommended treatment, accepted by patient, included the fabrication on new maxillary and mandibular dentures Noteworthy, and consistent with the long term wearing of dentures, was marked loss of bone in both arches Following steps typical to the making of such appliances, the dentures were delivered to patient on January 27, Customary post-operative adjustments and care followedWe wish to remind patient that removable appliances are not a functionally equivalent substitute for one's healthy natural teeth Due to their nature and the oral anatomy upon which they rest, full lower dentures are even less stable, functional and retentive than upper dentures Following the delivery of their dentures, most patient can expect to, and must be willing to return to the office for several adjustments of sore spots, the fit and/or the bite Some patients are never able to accept dentures as substitutes to natural teeth Such limitations need to be acknowledged, and compensated for by the patient Patient is both encouraged, and is welcomed to return to the office for evaluation and the performance of any treatment which is necessary Experience has shown that, without a patient's acceptance of their compromised condition and the development of realistic expectations, they are unlikely to accept and adapt to their dentures and enjoy a reasonable level of satisfaction

Western Dental Services, Inc("WDS") is in receipt of the Revdex.com's inquiry regarding this case Western Dental sincerely apologizes for and dissatisfaction and any inconvenience that this matter may have caused patientWhen patient first presented to the office she was provided with her diagnosis and the different treatment options in regards to her insurance coverage Company policy is confirm insurance benefits and advise patient's of coverage based on the insurance benefits Patient was informed of the difference between Amalgam fillings and Resin fillings, therefore a refund is not warranted Due to insurance HMO guidelines if patient wishes to file a formal complaint, patient would need to contact her insurance company directly At that time, patient's insurance company y will contact us directly and any pertinent information will be forwarded to the insurance company for review as they will determine the outcome of the complaint

this is my rebutal they said check was mailed out on the 26th of may it has been over a week and a half I personally think they are lieing about this
