I am sorry to see that Ms [redacted] is having trouble receiving our emailsI do see that we received on email from her on November 20th and we responded on November 26th, and then we received another on March 23rd and we responded the same day, March 23rd Ms [redacted] may want to check spam or trash folder for the emails although I am not sure if they would be there any longer since so much time has passed.I do see the link that Ms [redacted] provided and can see the name, " [redacted] " on the in the list of namesWhen I click on the name, it takes me to a page that says there is no matchWe do not appear to have any informationThe names on the page are a list of names that do exist, it does not show anything personally identifiable and therefor, does not get removedThere is nothing there to show information based on a specific person
