I am sorry that [redacted] is having a hard time getting the information removed from WhitepagesI do see that a request was made to have a business listing removed (whether or not it is a business, it is listed as a business on the site)We directed the user to contact the provider of the listing, ***.comWhen making the removal request with the company that is distributing the information, it will remove it from Whitepages.com and any other website that they provide it to The "please note" language that is provided in the email is referring to any information that is added or edited, not removed
