My experience with Wholesale Furniture Brokers was an excellent one! From the very 1st phone call they made me aware of the status of my order on a daily basisI was told up to weeks for delivery but it was less than daysI also picked it up at the trucking company in my town, and Wholesale emailed me saying they are refunding the extra delivery fee beacuse I went to the shop!

This was our first time ordering furniture on-line and we started with a big item - bunk beds! We were kept in the loop regarding delivery dates and were phoned to confirm someone would be home on that date The driver came early in the delivery-time window quoted and made sure everything was okay before leaving One box was torn but nothing was damaged Instructions were included, all the hardware was vacuum packed and everything was easily identifiable Our grandson was thrilled with his new bunk beds when he came home from school that day Would definitely order from you again The bed quality was fabulous and easy to put together

We recently bought the Hayward ash black love seat and sectional couch with a reversible chaise lounge and love it!
