From the ordering to the shipping to the assembly - it took three women to do it, but the instructions were clear and the results perfect - everything was efficient and positive

My experience with Wholesale Furniture Brokers was an excellent one! From the very 1st phone call they made me aware of the status of my order on a daily basis. I was told up to 3 weeks for delivery but it was less than 10 days. I also picked it up at the trucking company in my town, and Wholesale emailed me saying they are refunding the extra delivery fee beacuse I went to the shop!

Very pleased with the service! Original delivery came short of a few key pieces, but Wholesale Furniture Brokers quickly resolved the problem and were not satisfied until we were! This was my first on-line furniture purchase, but won't be my last. Excellent service!! And the quality of the furniture excellent too! Would definitely recommend.

We bought a bunk bed set from this company just recently. We were happy with the prompt service and the staff was really nice and resourceful. Delivery date was on time. Assembly of the set went smoothly and were really surprise of the quality of the wood. We will for sure shop again with them.

I just purchased a bunk bed for my daughter, I am very happy with the quality of the bunk bed. The bed was easy to put together. One thing I found were the screws to put in the slats on were a little short and I used some longer ones I had, but other than that I am very happy with the bed and so is my daughter. Most of all I was very impressed with the service. From the moment I placed the order online I received an email and tracking number. I was updated with several emails. The delivery went smoothly. I also received an email after receiving the product. I would highly recommend purchasing online through wholesale furniture. Very reliable.

My girlfriend and I ordered a bed from Wholesale Furniture Brokers. It was nice looking, reasonably priced, and available for shipping. Unfortunately, the order was accidentally placed on hold for two weeks in the middle of the shipping process. Once we contacted WFB and notified them, they took full responsibility for the error and ensured that the remainder of the process went smoothly. In addition, we were kindly compensated upon successful completion of the shipment. We were given the choice of two memory foam pillows or a 5 year warranty. I was very impressed with the way they handled the error. This is the sign of a quality business.

The furniture arrived quickly and in great shape. It is a beautiful, quality bed with great mattresses. For an amazing price. Wow, who wouldn't be nervous about ordering furniture online! After much trepidation and consideration, I ordered the Hayward Ash Black Sectional Sofa which I had seen of [redacted] but which, after duty, taxes and exchange, was going to too pricey. The price of this sectional was exceptional and delivery is FREE! The wonderful support staff at WFB were with me via email every step of the way, made fast and smooth delivery arrangements to [redacted], Ontario and were always pleasant and helpful even when I needed to change minor details.
