Like everybody else, I was apprehensive about ordering furniture online. Can't sit on it, touch it, see how well it's made etc. However, I am pleased to say that the sectional sofa I purchased from Wholesale Furniture Brokers is exactly as I had hoped it would be, and for the price, was an exceptional buy. Comfortable, attractive and pretty well-constructed considering its price. Putting it together took about an hour (one person) and was quite straightforward. Less than a week elapsed between ordering and delivery, and I was charged nothing for sidewalk delivery. I would do business with this BC-based company again.

I bought the sage green sectional this month. The delivery was fast. The couch came in two boxes with everything u need inside to assemble it. The instructions were easy to follow. I put it together by myself took about an hour. Wholesale is amazing as this sectional can fit into my basement because it comes in a box. Otherwise I would never be able to get a sectional down stairs. I highly reccomend them. I will be ordering again in the futre.

I was looking for an outdoor conversation set and had spent many hours searching on the internet. After comparing many sites and prices, I decided to try Wholesale Furniture Brokers. One of the factors that swayed my decision was that they were based out of Kamloops. It's always nice to support a local business. After placing my order, I did have to contact them as I made an error when placing it online. They made the correction with no problems and they were so very helpful and courteous. They were professional and the purchase experience was very satisfying. I've never purchased furniture on line before and the product came packaged very well. We did pick it up at the distribution center in our neighbourhood as we needed it before the scheduled delivery date but that wasn't a problem either. It was all packaged very well and we were able to take in in our vehicles without problem.

I first learnt the Wholesale Furniture Brokers from a [redacted] website. I was skeptical to see such a good price they advertised for their furniture. Later I searched the review for this company and turned out I found it got very positive reviews in the last two years which convinced myself to look further into it. We just had our basement done and needed a sectional sofa (needed something basic but not too fancy). We found a lot of the sectional sofa that the local stores offered would sell for at least $1,500 or more but Wholesale Furniture Brokers would be just around $1,000. We finally decided to give it a try and ordered it online. A confirmation email sent to us right away and an email was sent to us on the next business day from one of their customer representatives. They kept us informed of the order status and the sectional sofa arrived after just about a week we placed the order. The sofa looks great and the quality is way better than we thought. Shop.ca also has this sectional sofa on sale but it would cost us at least $300 to $400 more to buy. We are very happy with the product and definitely will recommend this company to our friends.

We had a very positive experience. Delivery was prompt and to my door. Assembly was simple and when finished it looked very professional.

We recently bought the Hayward ash black love seat and sectional couch with a reversible chaise lounge and love it! It is exactly the same color as the website showed and the set up was easy. The reversible chaise is easy to switch to left or right side. The company updated me throughout the whole shipment process. I didn't feel like I was talking to a computer. My inquiries by email were always answered same day. Would recommend this company to anybody!

As first time 'Big Ticket Item' buyers of an 8 piece dining set, we were apprehensive.
The on-line communication, follow up, notice of intended delivery were all timely, clear, concise and comforting.
The product arrived promptly and was exactly like the on-line pictures and true to colour. It was also totally unscathed due to superb packaging by the manufacturer.

I have ordered from WFB 3 times, 2 mattresses and I bed. I have been completely satisfied The mattress and bed was purchased over 4 years ago and I just recently purchased the same 10" mattress.. My daughter also has dealt with them also purchasing a bed and mattress. Service was fast and it arrived safely. Definitely would order from them again.
