I have purchased twice from Wholesale Furniture Brokers. First time - very positive. Second time - very negative. BUT - with my second experience, WFB did everything to make things right and turned it into a very positive experience. Kudos. Specifically, a bed I ordered eventually showed up but damaged - I suspect it fell from a vehicle moving highway speed. WFB without prompting or any need for me to jump through hoops promptly sent all new "everything" in original order. Thank you very much!!!

So pleased with our service from WFB. We got an excellent price on a Leather Sectional and it was delivered within about 7 business days even though there was a hiccup with my bank initially denying the payment. I was contacted immediately when the payment didn't go through so that the issue could be resolved and as soon as I got in touch with my bank they reprocessed the payment and we were on our way. The communication was excellent and the shipping company they used had incredible nice staff. Over all it was an extremely positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Our couch is perfect and super comfortable, plus it was easy to put together. Very happy.

I ordered a bunk bed for my kids. I got the pine twin over twin, very sturdy and great quality product. Great price for great quality. They have emailed me every time throughout the process from ordering to shipping very good customer service. The only thing that was terrible was the long wait to arrive. But I could understand because one piece had to come in before it can be shipped.

I would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic customer service. I have made several purchase from mattresses to bedroom furniture and had no problems. For the bedroom set, there were two drawers damaged in transportation and accepting pictures as proof, they immediately sent me replacements without me having to return the damaged ones.

I had the best experience ever with ordering online this time . The furniture , the response from the staff and the time to deliever it was really astonishing.
I would highly recommending it and has no hesitation to reorder again.

I informed Wholesale Furniture Brokers and a replacement item was shipped out. Took some time before the replacement item arrived. However, that did not bother me at all.

All that mattered was they addressed the damaged item and shipped me a brand new item at no cost.

Very happy with Wholesale Furniture Brokers. They kept in touch with weekly updates and an occasional phone call (was nice to talk to an actual person rather than a robot.) The bunk bed we ordered arrived without damage and once assembled proved to be great quality! Would definitely order through them again.

This was our first time ordering furniture on-line and we started with a big item - bunk beds! We were kept in the loop regarding delivery dates and were phoned to confirm someone would be home on that date. The driver came early in the delivery-time window quoted and made sure everything was okay before leaving. One box was torn but nothing was damaged. Instructions were included, all the hardware was vacuum packed and everything was easily identifiable. Our grandson was thrilled with his new bunk beds when he came home from school that day. Would definitely order from you again. The bed quality was fabulous and easy to put together.
