Almost 10 years and the 2023 job? AFTER ASKING! DID WINDOW WORKS CHANGE WINDOW SUPPLIER? ANSWER!
YES! That’s why this is the third and last time ill use WindowWorks. If you want a bottom of the barrel home depot or another big store 3rd rate window use windowworks.
I blame myself for trusting window works. I should have read the complaints on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
BBB complaint; Home owners complaint! Two story home Tyvek wrap and New Siding! Siding falling off in various high and low areas of the house. Going back 9 years then 5 years ago yes the two previous window works windows jobs were excellent! My 2023 window works job? Excellent craftsmanship installing the cheesy 3rd rate windows they’re selling. Then defending their cheap quality. I was a Union Painter for over 30 years and I know quality! That’s why I used to window works and that’s why I’ll never use them again.
I heard about this www.mywindowworks.com/ so I called them up for no obligation free estimate, Guy showed up on door on time professionally dresshe went around house and measured all the windows and he gave me estimate which was quiet higher than competitor, so I said if you can lower than other guy then you win contractHe came to house AM and around noon I was checking their warranty where it says for any issue customer has to pay for labor so he is said that is not what is says , we only charge one time come out fee like $and I asked him why that amount is not on warranty card, during course of converastation he got mad and he said why you called me I said you company says free estimate no obligation, and if you think you cant' meet the price then you should not waste both of our time , he threw my driver lic and stuff and walked away after 15-min he came and said I talked to my boss and I am very sorry what he could do to gain business I said you got attitude
I recently had windows installed by Window Works and could not be happier The installers were very professional and completed the work in a timely fashionI would definitely recommend to my family/friends
My experience with Window works was great from start to end Setting up an appointment was very smooth I met with Eric twice he explained in detail everything & answered all my questions thoroughlyThe day of installation I was a bit worried about mess & debris BUT the two installers who came ( I am so sorry I do not remember their names ) were amazing They were very friendly, efficient , helpful & did not leave anything behind them Maybe an hour after the installers left someone came to check if I was happy with the work and to check everything ( which I personally thought was a nice touch ) I would highly recommend Window Works !
The Operations Manager went out to the customer’s home for a full inspectionThe customer is scheduled for all repairs to be completed on 3/This is the soonest we are able to schedule based on the customer’s schedule

We were absolutely happy with the Sales person who took the time and patience to explain the features of the window to our extended familyAnd equally good was the 3-person installation team who installed windows and a patio door in a single day in a very clean and professional manner
Horrible customer service, worst I've experiencedSet an installation date (two months) after signing contractThey failed to show up or contact me, they told me someone would be in touch and no one calledWhen I finally got in touch with someone they told me the best they could do is reschedule weeks laterTheir installer called in sick and I was pushed to the back of the lineRead other reviews and stay away from this company
I had windows installed They did a beautiful job with the windows , the installersThe sales man Patrick seemed to play around with pricing and missed a window to be ordered claiming it was my fault No one wanted to really deal with the issue of the one missing window Not sure if staying with them for the last half of windows or not
Window Works' entire buying process was a joyFrom purchase to installation and then addressing post-installation issues, it was a remarkably smooth experienceAll involved were attentive and courteous and responded to our every needThank you
I needed custom sized storm doors due to the height of my doors The salesman who came out was very helpful, resulting in an order The doors that were built are high quality and nicely finished The installers were very professional, personable, and did a first class job A week after the installation, I even got a follow up call from Window Works to ensure that everything was done satisfactorily I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or do business with Window Works in the future
Signing a contract with them was my biggest mistakeNever doing business again WORST COMPANY EVER, FULL OF PROMISES if you see any good reviews on any website, they are probably the paid review...as they offer discount in your window price ( Marketing discount coming from Marketing budget) to post a good review on [redacted] or other website NEVER BUY WINDOWS FROM THEM

I went with this company because it was rated under the Revdex.com After going through this experience, they should be removed from Revdex.comThis company is horrible!!! We are paying over $30,in windows, siding, and doors Multiple problems Not only did we sign a contract in July to get the project started, we were never contacted about start date, etc I kept calling for weeks and it was always the same response (your shipment is coming) It wasn't until end of November our project was started They were done in about a week Parts of our door shipment were missing, door sizes were incorrect for our sliding glass door and also had to be reordered They said they would expedite the process and we should have them soon Again, more weeks pass, I keep calling with same response I am now into January with still missing parts Windows are another joke, bay window was installed and just a few days later it rained I came home from work and water was in my living room Called immediately in November They sent someone out to look at the windows, the windows were not properly glazed/sealed so water just flowed in freely Not only did this ruin the wood, it ruined the wall and left stains on our unfinished wood trim, bay ledge, and instops I've taken multiple days off waiting for a scheduled time with the company and low and behold the person has not shown up I'm still expected to pay the $30,and still getting no where with this company and it's customer service Each and every time I call, it's the same response and clearly this company does not stand behind it's slogan of making customers happy We also had doors installed, same size and everything nothing different Yet first snow we got, snow piled up in my laundry room because it blew through the door seals I have emailed and sent pictures, phone calls, etc Here I am in with no resolution and not a single person has been concerned about getting this resolved When they tell you to reserve a two hour window for arrival of a job, you better just take the whole day off, I had an appointment for 11am to bring my screen door and it's going on 3p with a no show and no call that they'll be late The only positive I have is that the end project itself looks really nice, but don't buy into the stupid hour spokesman quote and pressure(FYI this job they originally wanted over $60,000, I told the guy he could walk out of my house right then and there) They are way over priced and then you get crap service once they're all done They're out for your money and that's it
The sales staff is great, but the installers are rock stars My yard was spotless when they left with all the debris from my old windows I cannot say enough how professional they were The Village Building Inspector was very satisfied with their work, too Thank you for a positive experience on my first phase of window replacement I will be back next year for Phase
This is our third purchase from Window Works We have been very satisfied with our new windows and patio door installations and now with our new storm door The product is first-rate and the service and installation are excellent!
