I want to be compensated for the amount that it will cost me to hire a painter (that has enough paint and doesnt try to remove damage with window cleaner) [redacted] said they will not pay for the painterFor all this aggravation, time and damage to me and my property I will not pay the last check I put a stop onThat last check will also cover the price of a painter I have to hire and the time I will have to spendThree windows from Window Works took from 9/to 3/(almost 1/a year) to put in and they are still have not correctly finished fixing the problems Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 19, 2015/04/02) */ Windowworks has offered to paint her wall to resolve her complaintThe cusotmer has asked to wait until the weather is warmer to complete this step so her birds are not harmed

Purchased windows from Window Works in July The consultant that came in the house, by the name of [redacted] was very knowledgeable He told me everything I should look for in a window and what not to get After about hours he had come up with a solution to my problem After watching the demo that he put on in my house, I was quite concerned whether I was going to be able to afford it I never purchased windows before, so I had no clue what to expect All I knew is after him showing me everything I need to know about windows, I probably wouldn't be able to afford them Then he gave me the price Boy was I amazedThe best thing was I didn't have to make a decision on what window I wanted They only offered one window that was energy efficient, maintenance free and very secure Loved everything about [redacted] and Window Works My windows were just installed and everything happened just as explained on [redacted] first visit I would recommend them to anyone

I accepted the response because the windows were replaced correctlyHowever, the wages and time wasted waiting for them did not come close to the $check they offered in returnI will not recommend their company in the future

Window Works came out to do a free estimate on a new front door I am ready to purchase, however, I wanted to get at least other estimates to first educate myself and make an informed decision I told the sale man who visited my home right away that I am going to get more estimates He was 'hard selling" all the way through, even after I told him several times there is nothing else he could say, even lowering the price, which he did, I won't make the decision because I didn't know what the 'best price' would be without comparing anyway He kept pushing, and after a while I felt like a huh school girl trying to get her date to stop trying to fool around! Yes, ti began feeling that ridiculous! Finally he left and a couple days later I received a 'follow up' call saying they are willing to do even better on the priceI asked, why didn't you just give me your best price when you were at my house, instead of playing these games? Furthermore, they wouldn't give me the best price unless they can send yet ANOTHER salesman out to my house I said NO WAY (I would not put myself in that uncomfortable situation again), I told him just give me your price over the phoneHe would not, and I told him I still need more estimates (it had only been a couple days and don't have the the final one coming out until next week, and let the first salesperson know this, and then told the second one over the phone) Today, I got ANOTHER call from ANOTHER employee, following up on the follow up callAnd he starts saying the SAME THING even AFTER I explained to him I didn't appreciate the hard sell in the first place, AND the hard sell on the phone following it up He kept repeating how he 'doesn't want to lose my business" but he did finally for sure, when he suggested allow ANOTHER salesman to come out to give mea better price OMG! Ridiculous Don't allow these people into your home, there are plenty of other companies who don't have to shove the sell down your throatBesides, they were over $1,over the FIRST price another door company gave me for the same exact door!

Experience was very positive from sales to follow up Nice people to deal with A pleasant surprise these days when problems seem to be the norm

We spoke to Judy and resolved the complaintWe offered her a discount that she accepted and we are set to install on July 7th

On September 9th I placed an order for windows and gutter guardToday is December 1st and I have nothing,.Took them over a month to tell me they needed approval from my HOA for installation The last I heard from them, my windows should have been delivered to them by November 18thThey don't return phone calls, when calling to find out status of installation Keep getting run around when the seldom chance of speaking to someone,,,promises of return call in 24-hours...nothing happens Today, finally after several promises I sent my order cancellation to themI WANT MY DEPOSIT RETURNED
