I was very pleased in my interactions with Window Works Last October I had the company out for an estimate on how much windows would cost The price was fair and all though I liked the sales person I had another estimate I was waiting on before making this final decision At no time did I get pressure from the sales person, Bill After receiving my third quote I should have gone with my instinct and signed the paperwork when Bill was at my house I had Window Works back at my house and the deal was signed Two weeks after signing the deal I was notified my job was being eliminated The stress of an added expense was weighing on me so I placed a call to try and cancel my sale (weeks after the day right to cancel passed) The manager Rob was very helpful and willing to assist He even helped me work out a payment plan so I can still get the windows and not feel like I won't be able to cover my other monthly expenses I was so pleased with the assistance I received from the sales person, manager and the customer service representatives I spoke with that I decided to apply to work for this company They embraced what I was used to about customer service and showed they cared about me not just making a sale I could have easily been on the hook for the terms of my original contract
I have used this Company twice once for siding and now for WindowsI have no reservations about recommending themThey do put a full court press on you to sign the first time they come out but so does everyone elseI have yet to sign on the first presentation but on the follow up appt
Window Works did an outstanding job of installing double hung windows and a door patio unit The guys were courteous, on time, careful with the window units and careful not to damage existing structuresThey worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up wellI would definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friendsThe senior and military discounts were great too
We have talked to the customer and ordered the glass with the gridsThe window will be delivered on October 18th and we will installThe customer stated that we have resolved their complaint

The gentleman installing my new front door were so professional and did an amazing job I would recommend WindowWorks to anyone Afrin and Mike were outstanding THey really knew how to install No mess at all What an outstanding company to work with I will refer them over and over In this day and age it is remarkable to have an installation go so smooth THe installers really know their stuff
THEY STARTED MY JOB ON TUESDAY 8/22/TODAY IS SATURDAY 8/27/JOB STILL INCOMPLETE, SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY 8/28/BEFORE THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT, I AM SO [redacted] DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
HORRIBLE experience! Their product is decent but their customer service and staff is some of the WORST I have ever experienced! I have had nothing but problems with them since day one! Once they get your order they do not care about you as a customer afterwardsWill never recommend them to anyone or do any future business with this company!

Our installer showed up a little earlier than we were told which was okay, his name was Vaesel ( pronounced vessel ) he was very professional he put down drop cloths, when finished cleaned up after himselfHe put in a long day about hours to install Windows and trim out exterior of WindowsIt was the weekend of the Fourth of July, he said he didn't have a helper because a lot of guys were off because of the holidayOverall he did a very nice job my wife and I are very pleasedThank you Vaesel and window works!
