Dylan was professional and thorough. He cleaned up his work area and was very respectful. I appreciate his honesty and that he didn't try to sell me anything (as many companies do) during a routine furnace cleaning.

My first experience with a Woodfin technician was above expectations. Chris K. (#48) was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Before entering the house on a very rainy day, he put shoe covers on to protect the floors. I live in Powhatan and was a little cautious about using a company in Mechanicsville but I believe with all of the departments at Woodfin, I feel I can use them for all my household needs. I have also started using them for my propane and service. They are also due today. If the experience with them is even 90% of Chris K. then I am looking forward to a long relationship with Woodfin. I also have to give a huge cudo to Skip, whom originally came out and talked to my husband and myself on a Saturday. He is an extremely positive face for the Woodfin company.

Our home was build in 1965, and we finally reached the point where the A/C was unable to be repaired. This turn of events also warranted a serious discussion about upgrading the oil furnace...also the same age. From start to finish the Woodfin team have been nothing but professional. The service team delivered the tough message, and scheduled an appointment with [redacted] before they left our house. [redacted] "listened to hear" our short-term plans to downsize and presented us with realistic options, and even investigated the option of converting to gas heat with the gas company. [redacted] and his team installed our unit in a single day, and called to review the specifics and allowed me time to ask questions. I came home finding no evidence they were there other than the new system. [redacted] called later that evening to be sure I was satisfied. We've been customers for 24 years and didn't consider going anywhere else to replace our system. They are consistent in their quality service and appreciation toward their customers.

Chris was on time and, as I have come to expect from Woodfin staff, was courteous and competent. He and his assistant Will muscled my old water heater out of a cluttered basement and up steep stairs and then muscled the new one in - without complaint!
The work was done neatly and quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. They also fixed a leaky outside faucet so I no longer have to keep a bucket under it when I use it.
I have used Woodfin for a number of years, for both plumbing and electric work as well as to care for my very old oil burning boiler. When I moved to Richmond, my neighbors recommended Woodfin and I have been very grateful.

[redacted] was very professiponal, courteous, and thorough at replacing the existing water heater, explaining its operation, and explaining the protection plans.

I had to call them 2 times over the past few months for water leaks. Both times were after normal hours. The service was great !!!

Our service man, Robert A #320, was very professional, efficient, and courteous. We had a clogged washing machine drain and he had it working again very quickly.
He was a pleasure to work with and we will be asking Woodfin to send Robert A #320, the next time we need assistance with a plumbing problem. He was great!

Robbie B[redacted] has been our HVAC "doctor" at Bikram Yoga Richmond for 8 years. He's a heat genius and hard working. We always ask for him! He understands our unique 105 degrees, 40% humidity like no one else! Thank you Robbie!

Woodfin always makes it easy for me to make or reschedule appointments. The customer service staff is friendly and always willing to go the "extra mile."
On September 8, 2015 Patrick, a service tech, from Woodfin, came to my home for my annual generator maintenance check. He explained the process of the maintenance check and alerted me that he would have to temporarily cut off the power to see if the generator would start up as required. He than gave me a detailed checklist of the tasks that were performed after the work was done. Patrick was friendly and professional and willing to answer an questions or concerns.

Technician was prompt and professional during the plumbing inspection. Also I requested a quote for some repair work which was provided in a timely manner

Todd V at Woodfin is a very nice person and did an excellent job. Could not have asked for better results in such a short timeframe.

I have been a Woodfin customer for about 15 years. I have always had a positive experience with them. Their work is great and they stand by it. On the coldest day of the year my thermostat threw an error code causing my furnace to [redacted] down. They were at my house within a half hour and the heat working again.

Technian called ahead, arrived on time and performed flawlessly. Work was completed and price was very reasonable.
