James S ** from Woodfin Oil came today to examine our aircondition/heating units. He was very professional, informed and extremely nice. He answered all my questions and explained the situation with our units perfectly. I would highly recommend him and Woodfin Oil.

[redacted] was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a thorough job inspecting our plumbing and gave us great advice.

After much research to select a kitchen faucet, Brendon @ Woodfin installed it on 4/18/2016. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was done in about one hour.
He was courteous and efficient and and did the job that we, as homeowners,
did not want to undertake. Woodfin had installed our heat pump a couple of years ago and we have a maintenance agreement with them on that unit. So, it was a no brainer to call them when we needed a plumber. We have another project in a couple of months to replace 2 toilets and once again plan to use Woodfin to complete the job.

We love Woodfin & would highly recommend this company for any of your house needs. Plumbing,heating,electrical & they even installed our Generic generator. The service is great & staff is knowledgeable.

James the service technician arrived on time and promptly identified two problems. One was with my humidifier which I knew about but the other was with the contact coil which would have left me without heat in a short period of time. Because of the excellent service being without heat was avoided. Glad I had a service contract with Woodfin.

I had a leaky toilet so I called Woodfin for help getting the new one installed. I was happy to receive a quick appointment slot which is not always the case these days. My plumbing technician from Woodfin, Chris P., arrived on time and quickly got to work. Throughout the installation process he acted as a polished professional. I was kept fully aware of what he would need to do, when & how he needed to do it & when I could expect the installation to be completed. Thanks to Woodfin & Chris P. I now have a fully functional toilet and happily, another homeowner's problem quickly resolved.

[redacted] came and fixed a plunger in one of our bathrooms and did a great job. What a nice and personable young man. Woodfin is blessed to have someone with his attitude and personality.

Arranged for Woodfin to come out and swap a gas cooktop for us. Keith (#307) was great. Explained everything he needed to do and the cost. The job was quick and smooth; efficient and clean. Have always had a good experience with Woodfin. I highly recommend them.

Again we received outstanding and professional service from Woodfin through Kyle C[redacted], Plumbing Technician. I apologize - I did not get his assistant's name, but he was also very helpful. We received a plumbing quote at the very beginning to unclog the toilet, etc. But a few minutes later this "Woodfin Team" figured out a way to use another piece of equipment which lowered the original quote by $200. Their customer service demonstrated care and concern.

Patrick M[redacted] called ahead to provide arrival time which was extremely helpful. He patiently explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions! The job was completed quickly.

As with all contacts I've had with Woodfin, this was a top-notch, professional service call to install a security lock. Tony was professional in every regard.

I've been dealing with this company and its predecessors since 1976, when I first moved to Richmond. The people I bought the house from recommended them. They were good then and they're good now.

Great customer service. Responded quickly to no heat call. Service Tech, Doug M[redacted], was very professional and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem, checked the part availability, and went to pick it up. Heat was working within 2.5 hours from first arrival even after 1.5 hour round trip to get part. We have a heating/AC service contract and always ask for Doug. Highly recommend Woodfin.

I have been dealing with Woodfin for years. I have annual checksup. They are an excellent company and response immediately if a need comes up.
