I am writing this review of Woodfin to let all of you know just how impressed I am with how well the Company as a whole responds to its customers needs! Woodfin sends well-trained technicians who thoroughly check the customer's complaint by asking questions and testing various components in the system. The technician then quickly determines what is needed to 'fix' the problem. All throughout the service call, the technician keeps the customer apprised of the situation.

Technician, Chris K was very professional and reassuring. He fixed my problem while keeping me apprised of the situation.

I called with an electrical issue and within 2 hours Jesse was at my house, diagnosed, and fix the problem. He was prompt, courteous, and very respectful. He explained the issue to me and had it resolved within no time. I was able to return to work in time for my next meeting.

[redacted] was great! I got home near the end of his inspection but he explained everything to me and notified me that my $99 diagnostic fee could be applied to the maintenance plan cost. I didn't know that, or really anything about Woodfin and their plans, so his assistance was greatly appreciated. I went ahead and got the maintenance plan after a detailed discussion with [redacted] and [redacted] (customer service / account service rep). It's a great deal. I was recommended to this company by my father, mother, and brother. They have all used Woodfin with good results.

Woodfin sent one of their service technicians, [redacted] to perform annual cleaning and tune-up of our two HVAC systems in April, 2015. He was very thorough and meticulous as he tested the various components, explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He took care to avoid making any mess and to put everything back as it was. He arrived within the appointment window, after first calling to verify the time. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service he and Woodfin provided.provided.

Technician was timely, professional and informative.

Woodfin has been very quick in response since taking over fuel oils. Chris was very nice!

Woodfin employee was clean and very respectable. He explained what he was here to do. After he finished he came back to door and explained that everything was in good order.

Adam J[redacted] #314 who works for Woodfin performed the plumbing inspection for our Richmond home. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and had some wonderful ideas for our over 80 year old, but well maintained home. There was no pressure to sell us any service or produce I highly recommend Adam J[redacted] and Woodfin. We have used many different plumbing and heating companies and they truly are the best!

Chris and Quentin were both prompt and neat. They have great service.

Woodfin Oil is very professional, competent, excellent products and service. Service technicians are thorough.

The installation was very professional. The workmanship looks very good. Clean up after the job was exceptional.

We again had a Woodfin technician in our home who was wonderful. [redacted] H[redacted], an electrician, came to fish our tv and components cables through our wall for our TV which is mounted over our fireplace. Throughout a very challenging and difficult "install," [redacted] had the patience and the determination to complete the job expertly and with enormous professionalism. He also replaced an outside socket which had gone bad....that dourly was a 15 minute job. Woodfin has always sent us the most personable, qualified, and gracious technicians and [redacted] ranks right at the top of these. This is why we have been faithful Woodfin customers for nearly 30 years.

Chris was Very prompt, courteous, and efficient.

Woodfin is a wonderful organization to work with for all of our home plumbing and electrical issues. [redacted] was very thorough in his research to understand the issue we were having with our whole house generator and resolved the problem very quickly.
