We used Woods Basement Systems initially for waterproofing and foundation bracing For the most part everything worked as intended Some adjustments were later needed in the foundation bracing and woods fixed everything under warranty Because were impressed by their workmanship and integrity we had them finish the basement last year They have an impressive system of waterproof materials, designed specifically for basements, called TBFWe were very happy with the results

We regret that the outcome of the work was not satisfactory Woods does concrete leveling but not driveway replacement So to make this job right per our customer request we have contacted a concrete company to re-pour this driveway at the end of Sept Woods will jackhammer
out the old driveway for free ahead of time but for now it is in place so the homeowner can use it Thanks for your help in resolving this matter

Our director of customer care has spoken to the homeowner and worked out the details to resolve these issues Due to the temperature challenges this time of year a re-visit in the spring to make sure all necessary repairs are working or needing additional attention as part of the
warranty is being working into our schedule for that timeWe are sorry these issues happened to one of our customers and that they were not 100% pleased with how our team performed

*** *** our service technician, arrived on time and was very courteous He explained what he was going to do and then quickly set about performing the needed inspections and parts replacements
He finished the work in the time promised *** was very professional and answered all our questions Overall, a positive experience

We are sorry that the leak needed repair. Our production manager of field operations was spoken with you and the planned repairs are scheduled and by the time of this posting may have occurred. We apologize that we were not 100% successful with our WOW! Service program for your home and
your family the very first time. Please follow up with us as needed, if anything new develops, until this whole issue is resolved to your complete satisfaction

I am very displeased with our service with Woods Basement SystemsWe have had to reschedule at least timesI can't even remember how many times because I have lost countWhen we finally had a technician come out, he was only able to do half the jobThey didn't have all the items that we needed in stockThis was the second time I was told thisSo once again, I had to reschedule to finish the jobWhen they were able to come finish the job, the had called me and said they were going to be lateBecause of this, I was not able to be home because I had to go to work so my wife was thereNo offense to her, she didn't know any answers to their questions
I was told by the first technician that our crawlspace hole would be big enough to fit the Sanidry systemWhen I get home, I see that they had to cut a and half foot section out of one of the floor joists, and they didn't repair itSo now I have to go out and buy a 2xand spend my time and money to fix what they didThey also didn't even put leveling feet on the systemThe drain line was not higher than the pump so it was leaking water everywhereAnd guess what......I had to fix that mistake as well

I had woods install a liner in the crawl space and the crew did exceptional work!

Woods Basement Systems installed a *** vapor barrier, dehumidifier unit, and sump pump in our crawl space Juan H*** and Michael P***, Jr served as Foremen on our job during separate days and each was competent and professional During the installation procedure, a safety inspector visited the work site I am pleased with the job that Woods Basement Systems performed

no call out on the contract by our specialist for an electricianMrs*** was upset because of all the parties (buyer and agents) calling her telling them they needed to add electricalOur operations manager told our customer we, Woods, would take care of itHe informed her that he would call the buyer of the home and both the listing and buying agents. After speaking to all parties that day and he scheduled *** *** to do the work and bill us

Complaint: ***We are rejecting this response because:On Wednesday, November 23, at 3:p.m., Ms*** (company role is unknown) called me (***) and mentioned Woods Basement Systems could send Supervisors to discuss the matterSending the supervisors much earlier could have perhaps avoided this entire situationHowever, instead we merely received workers being chronically late or not showing up at all over a month time period
The bottom line is that the company has had several attempts to fix the problem, with no resolution of the issue whatsoeverAs the necessary repair work deals with a fire hazard, we reject this company conducting the work based upon the company's continued inability to fix the issue
We have been dealing with this fire hazard being unresolved for over months (since May 2016)The problem does not relate to emails and phone callsThis merely a case of the company not fulfilling their contractual and agreed upon obligations to remedy the problem
The contract we signed states as follows: In the event of an alleged failure of the work set out to be performed under this agreement Woods Basement Systems, Incmay at its discretion offer a full refund of all funds expended under this agreement and the owner must upon receipt of the refund execute a full and complete release of all liability on the part of Woods Basement Systems, Inc
Therefore, the only solution is for us receive a complete refund ($6,056.10) so we can hire a qualified and responsive company to fix our leaking basement

The foreman *** explained the work to be done, the timeframe and the annual maintenance in layman's terms that we could understand He and the crew *** and *** were here a day and a half which amazed us for the amount of anchoring that needed to be accomplished Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly during this period which made the experience a great one for us the homeowners

TO DATE: we just got another phone number to reach out them to get a manager out to their home to see how we can get this all fixed. The earlier email from them I sent on to you was that he was on Jury Duty so we are still pursuing this, thanks
